A week after order (and receiving a confirmation on the day, that my order was being delivered 'next business day') I had heard and received nothing.
Emailed yesterday and was told that because of where I lived there was an extra delivery charge and was I ok to pay it-but they didn't tell me what the charge was!!!! What a company 😏👎

I ordered Ceylon tea. It has no taste and it has very little caffeine. Very disappointed.

Transit damage, no refund
I used to order pistachios regularly in this website, however during my last purchase, one of the pack of 1.3 KG of pistachios came opened.
When I asked their customer service, they told me that pistachios are quite dry and are consumable even if it came opened because of transit. They did not offer any refund for this issue.

Evri took 4 days to deliver perishable food
The product is great. Unfortunately they used the discredited Evri delivery service which predictably took 4 days to make a 24 hour delivery of refrigerated perishable food.
