We took our life insurance 10 years ago, because we had to, for our mortgage.
With it came critical illness cover.
I never thought for a moment that we’d need to claim on it. In fact, I always thought that insurance was a bit of a scam, peace of mind while you don’t need it, but when you do, they find a way to avoid paying out.
My experience with Beagle Street and our claim handler, Violeta, could not have been further from this idea. When my wife received her cancer diagnosis Violeta was kind, compassionate and supportive. The claim process was relatively straightforward and the whole claim was resolved in a couple of weeks.

Having been involved in sorting out the estate of my recently departed brother in law, I can state that when I made contact with Beagle Street to discuss the insurance claim, I was lucky enough to be put through to Violetta. Throughout the process of obtaining doctors reports etc Violetta kept me informed & up to date with progress.
Although sorting out a loved ones estate isn’t pleasant Violetta did help to make the process easier because of her warm & accomodating manner.
Beagle Street can be proud of how good their service was.

After the sudden death of my husband I called to see what I needed to do, an agent called Violeta answered and was amazing. She showed nothing but empathy and kindness, helped me fill in the claims forms over the phone, she kept me updated every step of the way and I couldn't have been more grateful.
I have found Beagle Street to be so easy to make a claim especially when you need help the most.

I recently suffered a Stroke which was extremely frightening as well as life changing. I made a claim through my critical illness cover with Beagle Street. I honestly expected the process to be stressful- but it wasn’t. Completely straight forward and I was informed every step of the way. I provided what was asked of me and the funds were available quickly. Which has really helped with not worrying whilst I take time to recover.

I recently made a Critical Illness claim and spoke with Violeta, who honestly made the whole thing so much easier. She was warm, patient, and never rushed me. She let me talk things through in my own time, which really helped because the whole diagnosis process has been long and confusing.
I had to provide medical evidence and contact details for my GP and hospital, which is totally normal, and the only waiting around was for them to send the info back to Beagle Street. Throughout all of it, I was kept updated. I never had to chase or wonder what was happening.
When my claim was approved, Violeta called me again to go through everything. She explained it all clearly, in simple terms, and was just as kind and easy to talk to as she was on day one. I felt comfortable and genuinely supported from start to finish.
A stressful situation was made so much better thanks to her.
I recently lost my wife and must say the service and communication were absolutely brilliant. Lisa and Lorraine kept me up to date on a regular basis and made a very hard situation a smooth process !!!!
I was assisted by Lisa within the claims department. Lisa was excellent in helping me with my claim and keeping me regularly updated throughout the entire process.
Making an insurance claim of this nature usually follows a very difficult and stressful life event, and Lisa handled everything with genuine empathy, kindness and professionalism. She took the time to listen, explained each stage clearly, and was always approachable and reassuring whenever I had questions or concerns.
Her communication was consistent and proactive, which made a huge difference during an already challenging period. Lisa made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and supported from start to finish.

Have been with Beagle street for a number of years. Have recently found out I have cancer and enquired regarding my critical illness insurance. The process was smooth, fast and advisirs couldn't help me enough. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Spent the last 2 weeks communicating with Lisa Cowling who handled my questions and queries with professionalism and care. She did everything she promised to do and more. I would have no hesitation in recommending Beagle Street moving forward, and would encourage recognition from them for Lisa, who is a wonderful ambassador for the company.

Fantastic company and 5* customer service. I have held a policy with beagle street for many years, I took out my policy quite young at 22 for peace of mind. Unfortunately I became ill and had to make a claim. When I filed my claim I was offered a second opinion at a private hospital or counselling, I chose to have a second opinion. I was also offered my own nurse, who was at the end of the phone line which was something that really helped with such a shocking diagnosis and an overworked nhs. My claim has now been handled swiftly and with little effort my side. Lisa has kept me updated via telephone and email, I’ve been very well informed. Very polite and caring lady who sympathised with my illness. I would reccomend beagle street to anyone who is thinking of life insurance, the premiums are very reasonable for the assurance if the worst does happen!

Support was given on a regular basis over a few months and was much appreciated.
My husband and I took out life insurance with Beagle Street some years ago to ensure each other was financially protected should the worst happen. Well unfortunately, it did happen and I had to make a claim. Beagle Street made making a claim easy and accessible which was incredibly helpful during a difficult time and they kept me updated as the claim progressed through which took away any extra stress and worry. I cannot thank this company enough for the support they have given me and would highly recommend.
Violeta Rozovele was amazing with my claim throughout. Friendly, helpful and very quick to respond.
Had the worst sales experience there, the colleague I spoke to was rude and descending and just unqualified to work on the phones, when going through a quote some of the questions was ridiculous and my financial advisor told me that they often refuse payouts for silly reasons! After the service I’d never recommend this to anyone!

I have been insured with Beagle Street for several years and thankfully haven't needed their services until this year, when I became ill.
I have been fortunate in that the claims process has been very smooth and stress free thanks to my claims handler, Violeta Rozovele. Violeta has been an absolute gem, keeping me updated on a regular basis and actually took time to speak with me when going through the questions required to process the claim.
Beagle Street have been great throughout and they should be proud of having Violeta as part of their team. My claim has been settled very quickly.
Beagle Street were very easy to deal with. Lisa was very professional, kept me up to date with the process all the time, answered any queries I had very quickly and explained exactly what was happening. My claim was processed in less than one month. I would definitely recommend Beagle Street.
Advert clearly states from £6 a month from 32 years of age what a load of rubbish, I did the online quote they wanted nearly £30 a month.
