SCAMMERS!!!!! wouldn’t even give them a 1 star please please please do not buy from these guys.

I haven’t received my order for over 5 weeks now. when emailing them it’s the same “were escalating this concern” they have no ignored my multiple emails and one with a warning. I have reported them to NSW fair trading. Will take your money and not get your order. Those “influencers” you see getting orders are the only people who get them! please do not buy from these guys. you will NOT get your order. they then went on to tell me that investigation takes 8 weeks (lie). They have not ignored my emails for a rufund. DISPUTE immediately via your bank

I have ordered hair products on 18/7, and tracking number was given on 23/7, no movement since 28/7 saying that the parcel is in Melbourne facility by parcel freight logistic. I had emailed to them twice regarding the delivery update but it was a generic response in the lasted reply email saying “ We would like to inform you that your case is still being processed. Please rest assured that we will provide you with updates on the next steps shortly. You can expect further details from us within the next 3-10 business days.”.
Almost a month now, I don’t think this company will solve the issue as reading too many negative reviews. Therefore I have no alternative but to lodge the complaint and demand a refund through my payment method PAYPAL.
So disappointed and I won’t purchase anything from this company again.

Counterfeit Products
Bad service

Ordered from Beauty Amora expecting authentic Korean skincare and received what I strongly believe were counterfeit items. The batch codes and packaging details didn’t match up properly when I checked them, and the texture and performance were completely off from the real product.

Instead of the hydrating, soothing effect the genuine product is known for, this actually dried out my skin more with continued use. Really disappointing and honestly concerning to be sold something like this. Would not recommend buying from here — do your research on batch codes before trusting this seller.

Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend Beauty Amora based on my experience. Poor communication, no delivery, and an unnecessarily difficult refund process.

I placed an order with Beauty Amora on 22 June 2026 and still have not received it. The tracking has shown only “Shipment information received” since 30 June, with no further movement.

I contacted Beauty Amora and requested a refund, only to be told it could take 6–8 weeks just to review my request. Despite following up, I am still waiting.

This is completely unacceptable. I understand shipping delays happen, but expecting customers to wait months simply to have a refund request reviewed is unreasonable.

Ordered some products. Got an update about parcel being delivered. Didn't even seen a piece. Contacted them, filled a form. Website says delivereebon 15th july. Got nothing. Contacted since 20th july 2026. Its now 29th julyEverytime I contact them they say update you in 1 to 2 business days or 2 to 3. Zero update zero taking responsibility. Pushing me on investigation since then but no talks about re sending or refunding. Paid for insured shipping but what for? Not to get a parcel.

My experience with Beauty Amora has been absolutely terrible. I will never purchase from this company again.

I placed my order over a month ago and I still have not received it. I contacted the courier company directly, and they confirmed they have never received the physical parcel from Beauty Amora. This means my order was never even handed over for delivery.

What’s even more frustrating is their customer service. I have emailed Beauty Amora multiple times asking for an update, but they have ignored my emails and failed to provide any response. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for customers.

I strongly advise everyone not to buy from Beauty Amora. If anything goes wrong with your order, don’t expect any help or communication from them. I will also be telling my friends and family to avoid purchasing from Beauty Amora because of this awful experience.

Very disappointed with my experience. My order took an extremely long time to arrive after I placed it. When it finally arrived, it had multiple problems.

I ordered MISSHA M Perfect Cover BB Cream in Shade #23, but they sent me Shade #21 instead. Even worse, I received 2 boxes of Kao Liese Creamy Bubble Color that were both expired (expiry date: 18 March 2025).

Receiving expired cosmetic products is unacceptable, especially products that are applied to the skin and hair. It also raises concerns about the quality control process.

I have contacted customer service and am waiting for my refund. I hope the company improves its quality checks and order accuracy to prevent other customers from experiencing the same issues.

I would never order from Beauty Amora again.
My order has been significantly delayed because one item is out of stock. I asked if they could simply ship the items they already had in stock and send the remaining item later when it became available. They refused and insisted on holding my entire order until every item was in stock.
As a result, I've been left waiting weeks with nothing to show for it, despite some of my order being ready to send. I had to keep chasing customer service for updates instead of being proactively informed, and every update was simply another promise to wait longer.
A partial shipment should have been offered from the beginning instead of forcing customers to wait for the entire order. While I was eventually offered a refund, it was only after I had already spent weeks waiting, which wasn't an acceptable solution at that point.
I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order, as my experience appears to be similar to many others. At the time of writing this review, I still have not received my order. Based on my experience, I won't be ordering from Beauty Amora again and cannot recommend them.

I had read many negative reviews but decided to give them a go. I places a large order and live in a regional area. I recieved updates when my package had shipped with tracking and recieved my package within 5 buisness days. 100% recommend and will use this site again.

Very disappointing experience. I waited weeks for my parcel, stayed at my business during delivery hours, and never received any calls or delivery notifications. I had to chase both the courier and Beauty Amora for updates, only to find out the parcel had been returned. They refunded my order but refused to refund the insurance fee, even though the failed delivery was not my fault. Poor customer service. I won’t be purchasing from them again.

My parcel never even got from them to Auspost, I've been chasing it up for over a month and the customer service is abysmal. They keep telling me they're investigating and will get back to me in 1-3 days, and then I never hear anything. I will never spend my money here again!

Whoever built the website needs to do the world a favour, go to rubbish collection or uber delivery. What the hell is this? I’m ready to pay the money and the website is making it super hard to click on the button and actually execute. Tragic for e-commerce. Now after the hassle, it’s time to see if my order actually arrives.

If I can give 0 star I will. If you want authentic beauty products and can wait 3-4 weeks to get a shipping code, better off buying directly from Korea either the brand website or YesStyle or Stylevana. Olive Young is even better, tho a little on the pricier side, at least I receive the order within a few days. There's a massive issue with their dispatch process and do not trust their shipping policy. You'll be lucky if you get a shipping code at all. It's appalling and they say they are based in Australia and in stock items are in their AU warehouse, feels like drop shipping to me.

I'll admit was a bit hestiant to place an order after seeing all of these negative reviews. I decided to still order because a friend recommended it. I was surprised that my order came in 2 days! The prices are slightly better compared to another store I reguarly use.

I've been ordering from Beauty Amora several times and I've never had a problem. I've received the products in a timely manner.

Purchased 3 May. Allegedly shipped two weeks later. Already very slow. By 3 June hadn't arrived and tracking showed it hasn't left the warehouse. Two weeks of emailing customer service requesting a refund to be fobbed off with "we are investigating, thanks for your patience" and I had to get a refund through my bank. Awful experience, actually think it's a scam.

They use cheap courier services, and because of this my package was left out on the street and stolen. Customer service isn’t very helpful and I now have to wait 5 weeks just to see if I can get compensation. Very disappointing as a long time customer of theirs who has ordered over 20 times from them.

Every single platform they are on has very low reviews.

I should have checked the reviews before buying this scam product. They write one thing on their website but provide something completely different.

Extremely disappointed with Beauty Aroma. The experience was poor across the board, the product quality did not match what was advertised, the delivery was heavily delayed with no proper communication, and when I raised my concerns, the customer service was dismissive and unhelpful.

What frustrated me the most was their attitude. A small gesture of goodwill could have resolved everything, but instead they chose to lose a customer over it. No accountability and no effort to make things right.

I would not recommend Beauty Aroma to any business owner or individual looking for a reliable supplier. There are far better options out there that actually value their customers.
