This is my second time ordering from this company and not impressed either slowness in delivering my items!! It's taken 2 weeks and thought I'd give them the benefit of doubt, again second time round, I'm still waiting my items and they just keep sending genetic emails and not actually dealing with their ongoing issues/customers problems! I won't ever deal with this company again and wouldn't even recommend them to anyone.

i’ve bought from beauty amora before with no issues but my most recent order never arrived, it hadn’t even left their warehouse as stated in their auspost tracking info. i’ve emailed them a dozens times and get the same scripted response with no offer to refund or send the product that was mishandled by them. just told they are investigating it but no progress on it at all.

Its been a month and I'm yet to receive my order!

They have charged me twice for shampoo, once in December and now January 11th, still have not received the shampoo, this is a scam

DO NOT buy from them.
I’ve been extremely disappointed . The parcel was left outside in direct heat, and despite raising concerns about heat-sensitive skincare products, no meaningful action was taken. Communication was poor, and responses were slow and unhelpful. They seem so unprofessional and extremely rude . I clearly left delivery instructions for the parcel to be placed in the shed, yet it was left on the driveway in direct sunlight. When I opened the package, the products were extremely hot, making them unsafe and unusable, especially given they are heat-sensitive skincare products.
I regularly purchase skincare in Australia and have never had this issue with other retailers. If you’re in Australia, I recommend going with Lila Beauty instead.

They don’t have an Australian warehouse, everything is sent from Hong Kong, which is why it takes so long to receive your products.
The links in emails never work.
They tell you your package has been shipped but Aus Post tracking details say “label has been created”.
Parcel has still not shipped after 5 days.
If you make a complaint, they send you a generic email.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Ordered my product 3.12.2025 and still haven't revcieved it. Sent multiple emails with no response. I will never use this site again and will make sure everyone I know they are a scam.

Thought i’d share my review as i placed an order at this website before seeing all horrible reviews and freaking myself out.
I placed my order on a friday (medicube booster pro and gel as well as two free samples) around midday and the package was delivered the following Monday.
The package was delivered with aus post
I paid for Insured express shipping and also found a random discount code on tik tok for $$ off
Overall had a good experience and would repurchase form the company as super fast shipping to NSW and no complaints

What a nightmare… such poor customer service both from the store itself and their couriers Aramex. Ordered and paid for my items to be delivered from NSW to Vic . Despite the items being in stock it took an over 15 days and a lot of emails to get the items…. Their service is more miss than hit .
Never again.

Fake products, terrible customer service, avoid at all costs

I felt that I should write a positive review as many of the ones on here are negative.

My experience is consistently fast delivery and fulfilment of orders. This most likely due to them having a warehouse located within Australia rather than only delivering from Hong Kong/South Korea. I order face masks from them every few months and I always get them within a week.

Did not accept my request for return/refund of a lipstick that caused my lips to swell and inflamed even if I sent them a photo of the current condition of my lips after using the product. As a sign of goodwill for a product they have sold that caused harm/ allergic reaction to a customer, they should have just refunded me (not expensive as it was a mini lipstick and on sale) but told me instead to read the ingredients first before buying. I thought they only sell products that are made in Korea and Japan but when I googled now the lipstick that caused me allergy, it was made from China.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. GAVE THEM 3 CHANCES. 1ST, THEY DELIVERED MY ORDER AFTER MORE THAN 1 MONTH. 2ND, SAME ONE. SO I THOUGHT I GAVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE. FROM BAD TO WORSE. GAVE ME TRACKING NO BUT DON'T KNOW THE COURIER COMPANY. AFTER ALMOST 1 MONTH, I HAVE TO EMAIL THEM TO FOLLOW UP ON MY ORDER ONLY FOR THEM TO TELL ME THAT I NEED TO PICK IT UP MYSELG FROM THE COURIER COMPANY. APPARENTLY THEY TRIED TO DELIVERED MY ORDER AND NO ONE THERE. OF COURSE NO ONE IN THE PREMISES SINCE IT IS A BUSINESS OFFICE AND THEY TRIED TO DELIVERED IT AT 7PM. YOU WOULD THINK THAT THEY ARE SMARTER THAN THAT. AND IF I NEVER EMAIL THEM, NO ONE EVER CONTACTED ME REGARDING MY ORDER. SO, THAT'S IT I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN.

I've used this business a handful of times without issue, but they have somewhat recently switched their courier to Aramex - the worst courier in the business.

The customer support does not read contact carefully, and you get a generic response that doesn't address the issue.

Anyway, here is what happened to me

- I made the original purchase on the 27th of October, thinking that there was stock. The courier was not listed in the order window.
- I contacted beauty amora on the 3rd of November due to hearing no status re. the fulfilment of the order.
- I received a response on the 4th of November that the ordered items were out of stock, with a 1 - 2 week fulfilment window.
- On the 7th of November it left the warehouse. No courier information was included.
- On the 12th of November, Aramex carrier the delivery to my residence, rang the incorrect bell, then left.

Go somewhere else for purchases.

I get 15% off my first order with a coupon, when I apply it, the subtotal decreases and then it removes itself saying the code is invalid.

Worst purchase ever!!! No customer service. Never received my products. They’ve sent the incorrect shipping info. Still trying to get them to sort it out. DO JOT BUY FROM THEM!

Unprofessional, I ordered a $280 worth product and within 15 minutes of ordering I tried to cancel. Was unable to cancel gence emailed the ream and was advised that they will give me more samples. I advised the team its not about sampls as I am cancelling the order as upon checking product didn't had any constructive reviews to warrant the value. Team advised the order was put on hold and are looking into it. Within 2 days received the order. Now the asked me to return the product at my cost.

Brought multiple products from them first time the parcel was just thrown over the fence, not put in a safe place, didn’t bother to ring the door bell. Was a-bit annoyed given the hot weather and didn’t know how long the parcel was sitting in the hot sun. Thought I would give them another go. Same thing happened, this time my dog got into the parcel and literally chewed up everything !!! Even though there is a sign saying we have a dog. Third time I thought last time and see, this time I literally saw the whole thing… delivery driver stop the car took the parcel out and throw it over the fence and walked off!!! Didn’t even try to be gentle with the package or ring the door bell. Made a complaint to through their website been waiting three month and still nothing!! I won’t be buying off them again, rather buy from somewhere else even if it’s more expensive.

Brought $300 worth of products in 10th of July and no communication and said it was dispatched, multiple emails sent along with asking for refund! No answers

The parcel never arrive, it took me more than a month waiting and I cant stand anymore and contact the customer support. They are helpless, and the tracking is not working at all. This is a total scam.
