Got told after I placed my order that my items weren’t in stock and it would take a while for my order to be shipped. One month later I still haven’t received my order or any updates/replys to my emails. Don’t shop here.

Express order dispatched 1 month later due to stock availability. They use aramex so that was a bigger headache than dealing with Beauty Amora considering they ship from Hong Kong. It was aramex that delayed the package for 2 weeks, but I did receive my shipment after going back and forth with aramex as they have horredn customer service. So if you don't mind waiting up to nearly 2 months for your skincare and want to really save $$
Lilabeauty ships way faster and I would receive my products within a week. And they're still pretty cheap.

Bad service. The products spilled! The lids were not tight. Seriously! I had bunch of gifts wasted. The liquid was all over the box and plastic seal. And the wait was long. Use other online service instead.

On the website it was advertised Buy one get one but when I received the item, it was only one item!! But if you put two items on the cart, it charged you for two item prices!! Not UI/UX is not user friendly at all!! What a scammer!!

Package was never delivered. revived one reply from customer service asking for a declaration. signed and sent back to no reply for over a month. Terrible customer service. my partner ordered these as a Christmas present for me. What a waste of $148, excitement & energy. don’t use this company

Hi I was gonna trust this website since it has the same stars as stylevana but it’s not the same. I ordered almost 5 days ago under express shipping and I still haven’t received notification that my stuff has been shipped. Every other website they notify you within 2 days that ur items have been shipped.DO NOT TRUST

Affordable and fast delivery.
I was skeptical at first after reading the review, but my order arrived within five days(Sydney). Customer service is great. Their products way cheaper than other sites. With coupons and free international express shipping, i highly recommend.

I assumed (stupidly) that this is an Australian business because of the IP address. It is not Australian, it's Chinese, I only looked this info up after waiting a week and realising I'd received no mailing notification. After reading reviews it seems, if and when you get your products, consider yourself lucky.

Bought from beauty amora nearly 2 months ago with nothing arrived and no tracking information!!! Have sent several emails with absolutely no response.

I placed my fisrt order on Boxing Day, and read a lot of negative reviews afterwards. I was worried but thought just to give it some time to see. On 13/01/2023, I received an email advising my order was dispatched, and I recvied it on 17/01/2023. Everything was well packed and with good expiry dates. I am really happy with my purchase.

I placed an order at the beginning of December. As I had not heard anything at the end of December I emailed them. I was told that we t had been shipped and was waiting for collection. I asked them for a tracking number which they wouldn’t provide. Their only response was contact Aramax but I wasn’t able to do this without any tracking details, I’ve since had three emails basically telling me they’ve sent it and to sort it out myself. I am about to file a case with PayPal. I’d definitely avoid this company and use one actually located in Australia.

I placed my order on 25Nov and only received it late Dec around Christmas time despite express shipping, their reason was one of the item was out of stock and can only dispatch a week later.

For return, they don’t disclose on the website their return address is in Hong Kong not in Australia so don’t order from them if you’re unsure of keeping it later. The postage fee gonna be more expensive than the item itself.

Customer service was alright, their reply time frame was around 48 hours sometimes more, don’t expect them to do much though. Products was well packed so not too bad.

Overall, prices are cheaper than other websites out there but the disadvantage is this is not an Australian base company so the delivery will take very long and you can’t return it without paying big fee to oversea.

I was patiently waiting for my order for 17 days only to discover that 1 item is missing. Having sent an email to beauty amora, I was told to provide proof/photo of a missing item. All I could do is to take a photo of items received which obviously did not have the item they forgot to add to my order. I haven't got a reply to my last email and have not got the item I paid for. Extremely disappointed with the customer service how they addressed the issue, which still hasn't been resolved as I haven't heard from them since. Will not be buying from them ever again!

My order was on 14th Dec - no shipping details email yet. This is odd as I'm based in the same city this company claims to be in.

I will dispute the order via PayPal - advise anyone making an order to purcahse through PayPal.

Just reviewed the about us on Beauty Amora - the phone number is NOT Australian.
The address shows a house that looks like it belongs another business.

EDIT: Of course when I disputed, the seller actually responds to my initial inquiries about tracking number. They ask me to cancel paypal dispute then they can send my order - odd as my order should have already been on the way at this point!

I made an order a month ago 17th Nov. thinking my parcel was coming from Melbourne. They sent a tracking number but it was for Hong Kong and got no further than tracking to HK airport. Eventually on Dec12th I sent them an email asking where my parcel was and I was told it had been delivered on Dec 2nd and left on my doorstep and I was given a tracking # and it seems it was delivered somewhere in Adelaide and I live in Perth. Very suspicious. Got in touch with the courier but still waiting for them to sort it out but I don't believe they will. Don't understand what is going on with these people I think there's some sort of scam. I paid with paypal, so today I made a complaint and I got a refund immediately which is also very strange you don't usually get a refund so quickly

Not sure how legitimate this company is, and writing this to ensure others are cautious. I ordered about $200AUD worth of product...the first time I could not process via paypal - tried several times, and think that should be a warning. I ended up paying via credit card directly, as I checked the address on site and it said a Sydney suburb, with a .au extension I still felt it was safe to proceed with purchase. I then did not hear anything for 2 weeks. I sent an email requesting an update. Heard nothing again by several days later. I then sent an email saying that I would report them to the ACCC if they could not provide the shipping information, or refund the purchase ASAP. I finally received a response that it was being processed, but no shipping info - I then had to send another threat of ACCC consequence if no shipping info provided. Finally got this a day later. I am honestly not sure if they are that legit from this experience - supply came from Hong Kong directly, not Australia. No explanation for delay was offered. As I am the first person I can find who has written a site review, they appear to not be around for a while, so no history of customer service. just glad I got something in the end and didn't lose my money.
