Beheight Avis 93

An Achilles tendon rupture, an 'airboot' producing a severe limp and pain in my hip, so I thought I'd try an elevator shoe for the other foot. However, I could find no company catering for a wide (HH) foot. I chose Beheight, for delivery, price (I only need the shoe for 6 weeks), and a soft trainer. I ordered one size larger to mitigate the wide foot, but in hindsight, I should have gone two sizes up. The shoe is very tight but allows me to walk with a much-reduced limp. Overall, I'm pleased with the compromise.

Lovely shoes you can tell they are well made and add height. I went for a 4cm increase and much more confortable.

The shoes were much too narrow and caused me a lot of pain and injury.

Shoes arrived today, didn't have the time to properly wear them yet but feel good and the size is great.
A big problem I have, living in Germany I know there are taxes on UK products now. However, most companies take care of it by having higher shipping costs. It's fine, but the company (apparently) does not do that. I paid 20 Euros in shipping (the higher of the two shipping options I had) ONLY to pay 20 additional Euros in Taxes after it arrives. If the company had said as much on their website, I would have ordered somewhere else or had at least known but I checked and they fail to have a single mention on their entire platform about it. That does sour the milk quite a bit.

I ordered a pair of shoes, formal black, the koro leather 80. I ordered the size 9s and were way too small. I contacted customer services and I had to pay to return them but they sent my replacement out free of charge. I went up to a size 10 and they fit perfectly.

Will see how they do over time for wear and tear but I can’t fault the customer service and communication.

The shoes are really high quality, from the sole to the laces something my rebooks or adidas trainer haven't met in a long time and slight height increase too. Will be shopping again soon.

Scammers site. I wanted to return one pair I had, emailed them 4 times with no response at all.

The shoes are very good but a size 6 if you are will be small! So I ordered a size 6.5 let’s see. Frustrated as no one is advising me on the returns process? There is nothing on the website?
