Scam company

Scam company. Really annoyed with myself as I usually check, but it was cleverly done. I thought I was ordering tarte bb cream as advertised on tiktok but once you click to order it takes you to their website to pay and dont realise until after that it is a cheap version from China. The order wasn't shown in my tiktok shop but only as household on my bank account. The items came and were absolutely awful. Cheap crap and half empty. I raised a dispute with PayPal and behene emailed me saying that if I close the paypal case they will refund me and asked not to leave a negative review. I replied saying I would only close the case once refunded. They then said I had to close the case first as PayPal freezes the funds and they wouldnt be able to pay me, which is absolute rubbish.
I have now escalated the case with PayPal. Please dont order anything from this company but if you have, don't close any case you have raised against them, tactic used to get out of paying you.

RIP off merchants who use scam tactics

Ordered 2 pairs of trousers absolutely poor quality junk. Asked for return label. They offered me 20 percent of £35.and to sell them to my family or friends. I refused. They offered half the money and to keep the trousers. I said ok I’ll hand them to charity and accepted the offer of half the value. Guess what no refund I bought them through TikTok too and they never showed as purchased on TikTok and it came through as household on bank statement. I opened a PayPal case and they messaged me asking me to close a case before I get refunded what type of consumer practice is that I’ve never heard of a company using tactics like this in all my days purchasing goods. Shame on you BEHENE. OR HOUSEHOLD OR WHATEVER TRADE NAME YOUR USING. DONT BOTHER TRYING TO DEFEND YOUR DODGY TACTICS. As suspected their reply means nothing they’ve had plenty of time to sort this I’ve got all the emails promising a refund by several agents. Take action and sort it Behene don’t hide behind your excuses.

Love shopping all the cute styles.

I always have a great experience shopping here. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I ordered through Instagram a few months back and they sent items I did not order. Since they were ordered from an Instagram ad, they would not correct the issue.

Never again

This was without doubt the cheapest junk I ever purchased, total wast of money. It arrived in a buckled envelope so there was no chance of opening it up in to any form. The print was cheaply produced, it loooked like a child had made it. I was expecting a beautiful Card that opened up in to a 3D bouquet, what I got did not match the advert. Would never buy again. I got it for my wife who does not appreciate cut flowers for Valentines day, what a let down.

Very poor company.

Very poor company.
I ordered 2 items, they delivered something else. Similar but with way lower quality and ugly design. I sent an email to try to fix it, they replied once requesting images of what I received, I sent them the photos and since, no reply… try NOT to buy from them!

It's a scam

It's a scam. Please do not order from their site.
I received a pop up card which was not anywhere near advertised and chucked it in the bin as worthless. My fault for not checking here first!

I've ordered 2 pop up valentines day cards, 17 days to deliver, cards are totally different than what I ordered, and cheap and nasty, nothing like what they advertise, luckily i have time to get something else, avoid this company on all platforms.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Poor Service — Wrong Item Supplied, No Resolution

I ordered Khadlaj Island Dreams from Behene, but instead they sent me Khadlaj Island, which I already own. As a fragrance collector, this completely defeated the purpose of my purchase.

When I raised the issue, the company ignored my initial message, and when they eventually replied, it was clearly an automated response that did not address the problem. Instead of offering a refund or replacement as required under consumer law, they told me I would need to pay for return shipping — even though the error was entirely theirs — or accept a 20% store voucher.

I asked them to confirm whether they even had Island Dreams in stock, but they refused to answer and kept repeating the same scripted message.

At no point did they take responsibility for their mistake or offer a fair resolution. I have now escalated the matter to my payment provider.

⚠️ Be very cautious ordering from this company. If they send you the wrong item, don’t expect proper customer service or a refund.

Poor customer service

I have contacted customer service on many occasions and no one helps. Or comes back to you, all the other reviews say the same.
Just return the money you was give. In good faith.

I urge people not to buy for this company please read all the reviews.
