If I could give zero stars I would. Never received my order. No refund. No response to my 10 emails either. SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered stuff a while back which arrived ok and fitted great,ordered more only different colours and haven't received them up to now which has been over a month. No emails or anything to inform me of any updates, suppose I may just forget it and take the loss, terrible company to deal with,stay clear of this company.

Have to say I honestly have had a great experience with behene even though delivery took a little longer than expected but the jeans are amazing fit great and feel great on so much so I’ve ordered another 2 pairs 👌

I wish I had read theses reviews before I ordered off them.
It took weeks to receive my order and the jeans I ordered would have fit a 6ft woman. They were supposed to be a size 12(uk) but they were huge !
The colour was also wrong.
I must have emailed them 15 times for them to send me a refund label.
But they kept stalking me saying we have forwarded my email to customer service.
They just kept giving me the runaround.
I finally accepted a refund half of what I’d spent .
DONT USE THEM

To those who have lost money - raise a dispute through your credit card / PayPal. I did and miraculously got my money back asap. This after weeks of being offered partial refunds / keep the (tat) goods, and no actual money back. The policy on their website says full refunds will be given so they have to adhere. Going through the card companies means you have lawyers on your side. The company knows this.

I ordered 2 dresses from this company when they arrived one was damaged and the other was different to what I had ordered so I contacted Behene to let them know I wasn’t very happy and wanted to return both dresses the first response which I got back was that I would have to return the dresses at my expense and it would be very expensive (trying to put me off sending them back ) which I refused to do as the seller is responsible for return postage as it was there error not mine the 2nd email I received was them trying to get me to accept a £17.00 refund but I also refused that as both dresses had cost me £34.37 and they would be useless to me so why would I want to keep them they then asked me to agree to them keeping £4.37 for the cost of shipping fees I was not happy but I agreed because I just wanted my money back then I received an email asking me to close the PayPal case against them that I had opened before they could send me the refund I also refused to do this as if I had done that I wouldn’t be able to open another case against them if they didn’t send me my money back it’s clear to me now that that’s what they wanted me to do (close the case and they would have ignored me )and I’ve no doubt I would have lost my money so I have decided not to communicate with them now unless it’s through PayPal and hopefully I will get my money back they’re a scam company who are ripping people off and that’s clear to see by reading the other reviews I just wish I had read the reviews before buying anything from them!

I have been robbed and ignored. I want a full refund ASAP and have asked customer service twice but have had no response.

I ordered 3 pairs of what was advertised as stretchy cargo trousers.
They are absolutly nothing like what was advertised and are made of the most cheapest nastiest material .

This company is from China. Do not use this company !! They are false advertising. I have now contacted PayPal to try and get my money back.they sent me a size small jeans already told me to sell the jeans to get my money back!!
they said they will send me another pair of jeans!! You do not have an any smaller size to send me !!
I do not want to keep the jeans or to sell them on as you are advising for me to do
The jeans DO NOT fit and they are not the same as what you are advertising different jeans!!

This complaint has not been resolved, and I will continue to pursue to get my refund back.

I have not received the items I have paid for. Behene is unwilling to refund my money.

Received my paint and the box had been crushed.Had tape holdind it together. My order was 2 -500mg of red and 2- 500mg of black paint . One of the black was completely missing and the other black was contained in a plastic baggy. I would like a replacement or a refund for the 2 black containers. Will send photos if need be. Thank you.

Dress arrived not the same dress different colour different material
Contacted to ask to return numerous times received nothing emails ignored absolutely fuming that no customer service to rectify this.

Wish I had read reviews before ordering I have not received goods and no way to get in touch with anyone sending emails and no response apart from BOT extremely disappointed. I need a refund but don’t know how to go about this.

Bought clothes which are totally very low quality and dont fit , nothing like the pictures on their website. Please avoid at all cost. No one responds to your emails it absolutely waste hard earned money. Do not believe what you see on tiktok!

This company is a nightmare - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I ordered a dress, which is of the most awful quality and looks so incredibly cheap. I have emailed them 4 times to ask how I go about returning as I need an address and they do not respond. It is a total scam - AVOID AT ALL COST
