No stars - appalling experience. Delivery promised in 24hrs but took 10 days. Item described as breathable material but is 100% polyester. Refund guaranteed but no response to my email regarding this. I am out of pocket with no route to obtaining a refund.

Not responding to requests to return items

Do not use this company. Received dress quickly enough but did not fit. I requested a refund but was told I would need to pay a further shipping fee! Cheap material of poor quality and shocking customer service which was slow and frustrating! AVOID !

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish - do not touch with a barge pole! If I could give no stars or minus I would, I order a boho dress and the material is like a plastic table cloth that your granny used to have on her dining table, if it got too close to a naked flame it would go up, the size is ridiculous, I order a 12-14 and it is more like a 24-26, could fit 2 of me in and it’s got a horrible fishy smell to it and I’ve emailed 20 times to get a refund and I’ve not heard anything!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE WEBSITE IT IS A MASSIVE CON/SCAM,
Received a response for my review and I am still giving it 0 stars, what utter nonsense, still no refund received and emailed 20 more times and now the spam me with shitty emails saying “refund update” when it’s just an advert for the shit company and Please do not order anything from this company, you will be hugely disappointed!!!!

Poor quality and communication

I was not happy with the quality of the items I ordered. The fabric is nasty polyester/nylon.
I contacted them to return the items, they offered to exchange them if I paid the postage and said if I wanted to return them it would be very expensive. I have asked repeatedly for the return address but they will not give it to me. They have offered me a £20 store voucher but I do not want to buy any further items from them.
Communication is very slow and frustrating.
I would not buy from this website again.

WOULD LEAVE 0 STARS IF I COULD

Avoid at all costs - they are copying other tiktok account videos and selling a knock off version of the product. The product I received was cheap and nasty - initially replied very quickly to my email asking to return and asked me for pics of the dress to be sent and my order number. They have ignored me since and no return address supplied. Next stop is to contact my bank's fraud department.

I ordered weeks ago, the only communication I’ve had since has been scam style newsletters trying to lure another sale.
I’ve emailed multiple times asking for an update but had nothing back.
The item purchased wasn’t a lot of money but imagine how many times they have got away with this via TikTok!
