Absolute Scammers!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Customer Service member was unbelievably rude, kept calling me a liar. Refused to process a return or refund, and claimed that I had swapped the goods myself for the wrong ones.
I'm not even sure the shoes were genuine either.

After reading other experiences I realise I have most likely been scammed… website looks legit and I got taken in by the genuinely interesting and stylish designs I hadn’t seen before. I thought wow some air max 90s I like and haven’t owned yet, result! It’s been 11 days and I haven’t received the trainers or an update. I have emailed politely this evening and I am actually a little bit excited to see the smarmy bs response I get if any. Anyway lesson learned - stick to stock X for cool trainers. If don’t arrive I will report to my bank and financial ombudsman. If they do arrive will hawk on Vinted as probs fake

Purchased trainers as a gift. Unable to find them elsewhere so I tried a website I had not used before. Good value for money. Took a while to arrive but I was expecting this as comments made in previous reviews. Customers services team helpful when I emailed.

Superb shoes I bought, a wonderful customer service I received from Bennimarceau and I recommend friends and relatives to go there.

I bought a nice pair of trainers 5 months ago and it is just amazing,good quality and value for money for money.

Poor. Item never delivered, was informed that they 'could not process my payment' and I would receive a refund. It's been a month now. I did not. They then accidentally cc'd myself and ~60 of the other victims into the same email response. HUGE GDPR breach... AVOID

Beware – Scam Website!

If something seems too good to be true, it probably is—and this site is no exception. I ordered a pair of trainers that had sold out everywhere else, and was surprised to find them available here for £40 less. That should have been my first red flag.

Unfortunately, I didn’t check the reviews until after placing the order—big mistake. Within 90 minutes, I requested to cancel the order and was told it would be processed. Instead, the payment went from “pending” to “paid” within two days, and I received no further communication.

Despite following up multiple times, I’ve been completely ignored. I’m now relying on my credit card provider to recover the money.

Do not fall for this site. It’s dishonest and operates like a scam. Stay far away!

100% fraud and 100% a scam - DO NOT USE!!
I paid for a pair ot Saucony Triumph 21's. They did not arrive. I asked for a refund and was told to go to my bank because the company are in dispute with stripe payments (who handle their transactions). I have now opened a claim with my credit card to recover the money.

Scammers please don't order from them!!! The 5 star reviews are fake people.. they will take your money and not give you trainers or give you fake trainers from China! They should be reported

Ordered 2 weeks ago, just been added in a group email with 72 other email addresses that they can't process our payment.

Same experience, bet a group email exposing email addresses saying a refund was coming. Watch this space...

Placed an order back in February, we are now into April and still nothing, please do not let yourself be conned by these charlatans!
I will be leaving a review anywhere I can to help prevent anyone else finding themselves in the same position as myself!

It was a mistake to have ordered from here without going through reviews. The fact that the website is functional should be illegal. After 12days of wait I realised that the product I ordered won't be delivered. I got to the customer service who was telling me that they didn't receive my payment. I had to report to my bank who took up the process of retrieving the money back. Don't be tricked by the mouth watery price guys,stay safe
