Absolutely horrible company - they sell cheap chinese crap and are purposely REFUSING TO LET ME RETURN AN ORDER - asked about 10 times to return and holly refuses to send return info - avoid this company!!!

Absolutely abysmal customer service.
I purchased a bathroom cabinet through B&Q and they sent the wrong size of 70cm instead of 46cm.
The only way to contact them is by email and you have to wait 48 hours before they even respond.
They wanted me to send pictures of the order, then the box , i sent a picture of the cabinet with a tape measure showing them it was 70cm and my order was 46cm. They responded by saying put the cabinet up and try it.
On what planet does 70cm resemble 46cm.
I have asked them several times to provide a return label and send the correct item and its been a week and still nothing.
Ive ordered the exact same cabinet from amazon which was cheaper and will probably arrive quicker.

I ordered a chest of drawers, when i opened the package
It was slightly damaged, i contacted their customer services about the issue i had, they replied really quickly and resolved my issue promptly, the customer service is second to none, I can safely say I highly recommend Berkfield.

Not listened to despite extreme clarity
I bought an item that was no longer fit for purpose and I emailed Berkfield for a return's label and a refund.
I sent a picture of the unopened package and it took 4 (increasingly terse emails) for them to action my request.
I was offered a 25% refund, then a 50% refund - all I wanted was a stress free return.
It has finally been given, without the need to return the item. It was this that has softened the needlessly difficult process of the return.

Impressed!
I'm giving 4 stars because the company has very good communication, the quality of their products means more to them than just profit.
Unfortunately, we had an issue with one of the products we purchased from them. However, they were quick to respond, offered solutions and were more than fair on reaching an outcome.
I would recommend the company and their products.
