We couldn't be happier with our new build! From the very first conversation, Amy made the whole process so easy and stress-free. She was friendly, professional, and always happy to answer any questions, keeping us informed every step of the way.

Her team of builders were absolutely fantastic. They were punctual, hardworking, incredibly efficient, and their attention to detail was outstanding. We were amazed that the entire build was completed in under three days without compromising on quality.

The finished result has exceeded all of our expectations, and we are absolutely delighted with it. Just had a glass house at the back of my house. Job went really smooth and the fitters finished a day before I was expecting. If I could give more stars I would.

This is the second house that I have used Bespoke Glasshouses & Conservatories. The price is very competitive and both times I have been very happy with the end result. The two workmen were lovely too.

Had the best experience with this company. They did an amazing job building my glasshouse. The guys were polite, clean and tidy and did such a professional job.

Amy was so helpful at the initial consultation, she has also been there for any queries I had after, answering my questions right away.

my experience from start to finish was excellent from speaking to Amy on the phone or texting. It's a scary thing buying a new purchase like a conservatory. The work for my 3m x 3.5m took 4 to 4.5 day. they are all an excellent bunch of workers. Got on with the job told me exactly what was happening day to day. I'm so happy with my conservatory the quality finish and everything. Well done be spoke glasshouse and conservatories just noticed that Amy has put some pics on her website it shows size and price mine is the house in preston. I've never once shut my bi fold doors leading to conservatory so in a morning temperature in conservatory never once gone below 17 degrees. I know if there is any kind of problem which I've had none so far a quick phone call or txt to Amy,

Had a glasshouse built with the lantern roof and bifold doors. The whole process was a dream from start to finish. The early stages of booking and ensuring correct choices made was made easier by the support received. The lads who carried out the job were friendly, professional and conscientious. They work for 5 days solid and in sweltering heat in August last year but never moaned or stopped they are a credit to the company. I held off writing this review until now as we've now had the build over 6 months. It's amazing, made well, no issues at all and it's now the most used room in the house. Best investment we ever made on our home. Would highly recommend. Professional company and amazing product.

These guys went out of there way to help me out , very short notice, they came and put up a conservatory for my disabled mum before Christmas so that she could enjoy the day with all her Grandchildren and have more space for e everyone. Great communication and the builders were top blokes. I would recommend them to anyone, they travelled from Blackpool to London for me .

We recently had a bespoke glass house conservatory installed and overall the experience was very positive. The finished glasshouse looks fantastic and has really transformed the space and how we use our home.
From the start, the builders and designer were professional, punctual, and clearly very experienced. They took the time to explain each stage of the installation and were always happy to answer questions or talk through small adjustments we wanted along the way. It was clear they cared about doing the job properly.
The team worked efficiently, kept the work area tidy, and were respectful of the property throughout the build. Whenever something needed clarification, they were helpful and proactive in finding solutions.
Overall, we’re really pleased with the final result and would happily recommend them to anyone considering a bespoke conservatory installation.

The set up for the work was super neat and they got cracking straight away- my whole room was up and ready to be plastered in 5 days!

I had a conservatory installed by Conservatories UK, owned by David Howell in 2020 and have had ongoing leaks ever since. Despite a 10-year guarantee, repairs were poor or ignored. I was told the company had ceased trading in 2024, but Companies House shows it’s still active and responsible for repairs — yet they are ignoring me.

David Howell’s daughter, Amy Leigh Conway, owns Bespoke Glasshouses by Conservatories UK, and the contact details list David Howell and it is his original phone number. This suggests continuity, not closure.

An independent roofing company confirmed the fault lies with the original installation. I have made several attempts to contact the company, giving clear deadlines to respond but have been ignored.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, as I know how this can impact businesses, but in this case I feel I’ve been left with no choice. I would not recommend this company
