Bespoke Law Services Avis 

I used Bespoke Law for the conveyancing of my property. I have mixed feelings about the company.

Initially it all started out well, items being dealt with in a timely fashion etc. After a period the process ground to a complete halt, I was constantly chasing for updates, as there was a distinct lack of communication from the solicitor, when I did ask for an update via phone call as emails took multiple days to reply to, I was told to contact the estate agent, this is surely something that would be done by the solicitor / assistant, not the person paying for the services of yourselves.

The service I believe was poor, slow and added to the stress of buying a property.
Further to that, I was charged an expedited completion fee of £120, if I wanted to complete within 10 working days of exchange, yes this is in the Terms and Conditions, but the fact it took so long and multiple phone calls to chase up the whole process, to then be made to pay this, seems wholly unjustified in my honest opinion.

Not the service I was expecting and unfortunately I wouldn’t use them again or recommend the company.

Tizzy was absolutely amazing! She was always easy to reach, super helpful, and guided us every step of the way. The whole process was smooth and stress-free thanks to her. We’re so grateful for her support and would definitely recommend the firm to anyone looking for great service..

We were assigned Amanda Woods and Kayleigh Murphy to handle our sale and purchase. The communication from them was timely and clear. Throughout the whole process I was able to contact them by phone whenever I needed and they gave me the support I needed. They were friendly, kind and warm. In addition they were highly professional and their level of expertise was evident given the contractual complexities. I would strongly recommend them!!!

Well defined processes, with dedicated analysts supporting every customer created a positive impression. Ours was a lengthy and sometimes frustrating transaction, driven by challenges somewhere else in the chain. We were provided regular updates which was useful. Would recommend to friends and families.

Rebecca and Graham have been outstanding during the process of purchasing our first home. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking to buy their first home as they made the process as painless as possible, and made us feel like there were no stupid questions to ask. They also made sure to maintain consistent contact providing reasonable updates whilst not overwhelming us with information. 11/10!

Sophie and her team recently helped with a transfer of equity application, allowing for the purchase of the prior co-owner’s share of the property. Sophie & her team were courteous, professional and communicative throughout the process. I would thoroughly recommend!

The most untrustworthy and useless conveyancing service imaginable. I wish I'd read some reviews before entrusting them with my business and money. They don't stick to their "quoted" price - everything's an extra - which is understandable if they are doing the work.
I don't know how they aren't struck off by the authorities/ombudsman for sheer lack of professionalism and honesty.
Dont put your trust in them - we wish we hadn't.

Tizzy was absolutely brilliant in handling the purchase of my first property. Her and the team were very knowledgeable, responsive and thorough. As I was a first-time-buyer, her patience and willingness to explain various aspects of the purchase were very much appreciated and honestly exemplary! I understand that this was one of the first transactions that Tizzy had taken on solely by herself, and I have no notes! Truly brilliant and I would 100% use BLS again.
