Scam website 100% Sent them the money, never received my goods, never received a response from any of my emails. Website isn't even there anymore.

Please note if an accidental drop occurs and it falls on a hard surface it will break since its glass and not plastic or acrylic. Looking forward to hearing from you.

There were some earlier issues with delays and communication but this has now been resolved
It has now been well over a month and my order has not arrived. I thought that all orders, regardless of value or size, had tracking, as this was indicated on their website. However, since my item was "small", it was sent by "regular letter that does not include tracking". I am assuming that at this point, my order has been lost in transit. I understand that postage issues might be beyond their control, but I also feel that certain aspects of their customer service could be improved. They do not respond on a timely basis and I have to send numerous follow up and reminder emails.
EDIT: Amending my original rating as the seller did eventually give me a full refund, and they also sent out another replacement order with tracking.

Ordered a billy took more then 20 days…
Ordered a billy took more then 20 days to come as we ordered express. He said the standard grippers where out of stock so we payed extra $20 for different ones and when the package arrived after 20 days there was only one bong and it was the one he said that was out of stock just a bit anoyed

Hi, I am really sorry about this happening. We were expecting the Agung grippers to arrive back in stock but sadly our supplier was out of stock as well, we did refund the extra $20 you paid since the MWP gripper was the only one available and shipped the 2x original grippers you ordered plus the extra bong of your choice because we felt very bad for this occurring. We have also discussed this situation with our whole team to make sure this does not happen again and we are all extremely sorry again.
