Scam website 100% Sent them the money, never received my goods, never received a response from any of my emails. Website isn't even there anymore.

definitely would recommend shopping off this site, i bought my water pourer and it took a week to get to me with express shipping. Water pourer was in perfect condition, whole experience was a 10/10 highly recommended! they also have a large variety of different things so go sus then out x

Not what I ordered
I spent quite some time picking my water pipe but what I received was not what I ordered. I would have liked an email or call if they had run out of stock. I was so disappointed.
Upping my review because I’ve received my reply. Have sent an email and I am happy with that response. They were very polite and helpful. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the product I received but just disappointed initially💕

One month to express post a parcel domestically
I ordered an item one month ago, 21 March. Still nothing, also got express postage. Called Australia post they say they have received the paperwork but no parcel.

THEY sorted me out with what I ordered with minimal hassle at all at no expense to me so was very happy received it in 5days
I ordered another one after that awesome service prompt delivery I am very happy now
