Knowledgeable and repsonsive are my words to describe my experience with Samantha and Edwin. Very satisfied working with professional.

I have used Best Online Cabinets four times and I think they are definitely the best. My contractor said they are so good that he is going to put them into his house. They were also $1,000 less than a competitor that he had used. The designers have been patient and helpful. I have bought the RTA cabinets and found them easy to assemble. The thick plywood boxes are solid and quality. I have done three kitchens and one bathroom. They have great sales at holidays, and shipping has always been free for me.

From the start, with very rough measurements; RB designed an awesome kitchen for us, maximizing space & making sure my special requests were done. He has been indispensable, all the way to the install! Even though we are on opposite coast; he always answered emails, calls, etc., when needed. VERY pleased with product & the service is OUTSTANDING! Highly recommend!

First, I love the RTA cabinets, easy to put together and look great but 5 star customer service is simply not the case. 1st order took almost 2 months to arrive and I was given a small discount for the long lead time for which I was grateful. 2nd order was due to contractor error ( damaged the door to cabinet, needed additional toe kick). Despite the previous 5k order stuck it to me no discount on anything, charged 1/2 the price of the cabinet for a door even though they sale a cabinet end piece that is almost the same size only an inch difference on one side. Was told shouldn't be more than 15 days lead. 15 days go by, email customer service, who tells me, they are wrapping it up and I will have a tracking number by the middle of the following week. Full week and a half, nothing. Email again- No Response at all. 2 days later, email again-still no response. Following week- call BOC, told they had to call production and would have an email to be within a couple of hours with an answer and that I would need to call again if I didn't get a response. 3 hours later no email, no phone call. So I call AGAIN. Get the original rep who I spoke to at the beginning of the month said it was going out the following week. She has no explanation for why she told me it was going out 2 weeks ago or why she stopped responding to my emails that were sent directly to her and customer support. And guess what? She has to call production to get me an answer as to when my order was going out (even though according to her last email it should have shipped over 2 weeks ago... So I actually get an email, it will go out this week... I hope this is the truth.

Great service from beginning to end. Will make sure I deal with you guys for future purchases.

I ordered cabinets for my bathroom project at the start of the job. 4 months later, when I put them together and installed them I noticed dome shipping damage. I spoke to a company rep expecting an issue because 4 months had gone by since they had arrived, and they replaced the damage part no problems! A company that stands behind their product - refreshing.
Excellent product, excellent customer service - two things we don't see enough of nowadays. Thank you!

The BOC team provides amazing customer service. We are extremely happy with our new kitchen. The cabinets we originally ordered had some pieces that were out of stock so we went with a different option that was less costly and they still look and feel fantastic. Even with high end appliances we spent 1/2 of would we would have had we gone with custom cabinets. And our kitchen definitely looks like a custom job!

Very pleased with the cabinets. They arrived quickly and at the time stated. Wood is high quality and putting them together was pretty simple. Would buy from them again.

Everything arrived in perfect condition, it is very well packed. Instructions could be a bit more thorough. The diagram shows you how to put it together but the parts aren't labeled (the screws are confusing). Overall, it was easy to assemble (without help).

Missing half the hard wear. I had to go town to try to find something that would work

Cabinet assembly instructions poor, instructions for drawer glides non-existent. When instructions requested from Customer Support, ones received were exactly opposite of what was actual. Cabinets bowed and some extremely difficult to assemble. Online "tutorials" and videos worthless for European style cabinets. Was planning on buying more for two more kitchens, but I'll look elsewhere.

The cabinets are of High quality and prices are very favorable! Be sure and double check your order before submitting as there is restocking fees and you pay the shipping to California to return any wrong or additional cabinets ! Otherwise a Great product and support!

This is our second order thru BOC. Very happy with the quality and the finish.
They were excellent about communicating the delivery dates.
We did a computer room and our laundry room.
We opted for the pre assembled units to save time. Everything arrived perfect and no shipping damage.

The cabinets are great quality, however, they sent me the wrong color drawer fronts which delayed my installation.

Cabnets are exceptional!! Color is beautiful. Quality is good. Not one negative thing to say. Would order them again!!
