Best Online Cabinets Avis 

I would recommend Best Online Cabinets! I purchased some bathroom vanities and there were delays due supply chain issues and/or shortage. I did have some issues (delivery and damages), however I reached out to BOC customer service and received amazing support from Samantha! BOC customer services was very quick to respond and helped me resolve my issues quickly!

too bad I cant give zero stars, I purchase a full kitchen and they sent me a wrong panel, my installer had to do a reschedule visit which was an extra charge $200 for me. Alejandra and her superviso both acknowledge the mistake their company did and refused to pay even though it was their mistake. I asked numerous time to own up to their mistake and I was ignored many times.

So we started with a great start we provided a completed design.

Service not so great Is the timeline for production was on time.

The problem was when we showed up to pick up product was not to par.

Then they agreed to assemble we picked up he's picked up thinking we're moving forward.

Following day after unpacking After so carefully designing the layout And them assembling the assembly of the cabinet, there was one big error.

One of her blind corner cabinets was wrong as well as missing Panels.

We started this project in November 2021 And our client has been without a kitchen since then.

Fast forward 2022 middle of February they finally have my cabinet's ready and tell me the and tell me to come and pick up.

I let them know that we're gonna have some delay in traffic they tell me rest assured Daniel continue continue coming and someone will be here.

We show up yes pass the closing our but they also agreed they would wait for us.

This is the second time we ordered cabinets from Best Online Cabinets. I definitely recommend them. Everyone is very nice, professional and they reply to emails in a timely manner!!!

Excellent product but we were surprised that with white cabinsts, the shelf edging, bottoms, tops, edges interiors were all raw wood. This will require significant additional work.

They have a large selection of readily available cabinets (a rarity due to supply chain issues). I found cabinets I liked and compared their price to another vendor-I saved a lot of money with Best Online Cabinets!

Excellent product and service. The Malibu White Shaker RTA cabinets we bought were well designed, sturdy and had an excellent finish. This was a large order with a bunch of different pieces. There was a minor mix up with one item and some minor shipping damage that was promptly and easily remedied. Assembly was easy once we had a little experience but we recommend that the online assembly videos be better matched to the current version of the cabinet supplied.

My designer was very responsive in adjusting my design. When it was time to finalize, a large part of my order was not available. We tried changing things around but nothing helped. I ended up having to cancel my order.

Needing to re-do a kitchen during COVID shortages and with general contractor's time restrictions brought me to Best Online Cabinets. And I was honestly skeptical until the end - because they seemed too good to be true!

I honestly have nothing but great things to say for this company - from the very helpful and tireless customer representative who helped me through myriad obstacles to the true-as-promised timeline on receiving our products and the fine, detailed craftsmanship of the ready-made cabinets. Not a single glitch. And they were SO generous in issuing a credit on a parts-delivery that was lost. Thank you to EVERYONE at Best Online Cabinets!!

Love the cabinets. Great people to work with. I enjoyed assembling the RTA cabinets. Watch their Youtube videos to see how the cabinets go together. We bought the Malibu Dove White. Beautiful well made cabinets. Used their design team to get us started. Then I tweeked the design alittle bit because I was able to squeeze in another cabinet during install. All in all my Wife and I were very happy with using BOC.

Superb service & communication! Highly recommended! Don't hesitate to use this company. They kept us informed at every stage of the order process and were very easy to work with. Great quality cabinets as well.

Once the cabinets finally shipped they were sent to Canada, I live in the southwest United States.When they arrived at my home the pallet was a disaster. I repeatedly sent photos of the damaged cabinets and have yet to receive replacement parts. I work long hours six days a week and have to wait until my next vacation to follow-up on the replacement mess. Go elsewhere even if you pay more, you will pay for this company in time.

The good the bad and the ugly. The ordering process, design was great. Follow through on logistics delivery, communication after the sale was 100% customer lead. In other words if we were not following up, we were hearing nothing. As it turned out, a pallet of our cabinets went to New Hampshire, we live in Colorado and took three weeks to get to us. All the time with us trying to find out where they were, when we would get them. If we didn't invest the time figuring this out we would still be waiting for the cabinets. Quality of the cabinets are good, care after the order, was terrible. There were some issue with a few of the cabinets but we just fixed them as sending them back would have put us 3 months behind.
