A banking partner of BIA was "Transactive Systems UAB" in Lithuania until February.
But, and BIA is not to blame for this:

On January 20, 2023, the Bank of Lithuania temporarily suspended "Transactive Systems UAB" due to its significant breaches of the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing. The central bank froze its funds and ordered it to stop servicing clients.

... So BIA has neither "stolen money", as it says here in the reviews, nor has it committed any kind of fraud! BIA is not at all to blame for the incident!

They changed the bank for bank transfers from Lithuania to Cyprus all of a sudden. And the deposit is still hanging.Their explanation is that they have technical problems with their bank provider, and they don’t have estimated time when it will be fixed.

I opened orbit exchange account through betinasia nearly 2 years now, But when i started winning money these last 2 months they closed my account and kept my money around 2007 euros and gave a reason fund passing. which is completely false, after repeated requests betinasia and orbit exchange didnt paid my money back. so these betinasia is for losers and they take money from winners and close the account complete fraud company.
As per your reply I contacted you but you didn't reply but the fact remains the same you and partner orbit exchange have retained my money.

In the night from 04. to 05.01.2023 between 02:08 to 08:07 someone used my Orbitxch account to place 34 bets on three different cricket matches.
I have never bet on a single cricket match in my entire betting career and I don't understand exactly what kind of bets are involved, maybe someone can help?
This was so-called "funds passing" to move the money in my account to another account, in total there was a loss of almost 7000€.I noticed the whole thing the following day and of course immediately wrote an email to my betting broker betinasia.
After "in-depth" investigation by them for which they took several weeks is now my own fault, I would have quite obviously used a phising site and thus compromised my login data myself.

I have been playing at Orbitxch since 2019 and have been using a password manager for years on both my PC and my cell phone, where I use 30-character passwords and where the correct URL is stored.So if I had accidentally used a phishing site, then the password manager would not have worked at all and by hand I would never have entered such a long password myself.....
On my part, there is no response to queries/enquiries as to whether Orbitxch/Betfair has already been contacted or at least to send me the IP logs of the corresponding period, but the same text modules are always sent. Very obliging from a "trustworthy" betting broker after losing almost 7000€.I can't understand why betinasia is acting like this. It should be possible to find out which account has profited from these bets during the time in question. I can hardly imagine that single bets of over 6000€ on women's cricket matches in New Zealand are normal .

Why did I write the whole thing?
In the meantime, I am already aware of 10 identical cases, the damage now easily exceeds 20000 €. You can easily find some of them via internet search.
What was already tried by me and also other people that were damaged:
Contacting Betfair, the provider of Orbitxch -> "not responsible".
Contacting Orbit -> no feedback
GPDR request to get the Ips -> bia sends IP logs exactly outside the relevant time period
Contacting different licensing authorities (Ecogra,IBAS) -> not responsible for Orbit

My own feeling is that the whole thing stinks to high heaven, if you believe a user in antoher thread of the SBR forum he himself was affected by a similar case from 3 years ago, after which an employee of bia himself bagged the money.

I can only appeal to be careful with your money when you use the exchange. In case of an emergency the money is gone and you can't expect any help from Orbit, bia and Betfair.

Sorry guys but this is not first time happening as I read and there is no excuse about investigations and bullsh...!!!

I was in shock , wrote the support that immediately blocked the account and seen that there was made unusual bet ( he has also id) he found out before then me.

So you know is something unusual why we have to wait for that ?

Well if we don't get money back we will appeal for the website license on orbitex and we will collect all those experience and show to all blog , make a video and show everyone.

I was their customer from 2019/20, and all was okay i hold always on main bia portal ballance 20-30k€ sometimes and more, and always fast withdraw and all which not gived me suspect to not trust them. To the last month when they showed real face and when hell start, Last month i small betted i only lost one football 5000€ aprox and won one tennis 7000-€, when won that, they instant request kyc which i did instant ofcourse( my profile was fully verified before that too), firstly they removed last profit from balance(7000€ profit)( i mean voided because player injured and big favourite but lost) after that i asked them what happening they hold me, after that i saw they transfering without mine know mine money between accounts, when i wrote i want to withdraw money firstly they delay me, and they wrote nine Orbitxch suspend about some”fund passing” i never heard about that i don’t know what that mean and never i didn’t that, and i asked them please withdraw me mine main balance on BIA portal and i sent image of mine balance, after that they frozen me login to main portal and steal me aprox mine 25000€ mine deposit(not profit), After that they not answer, they steal all money. Also BetInAsia not have contact number, my lawyer hard can reach them. Big scam broker!! I have all pictures and proofs if someone can help please contact me. Every help nice come

Yesterday and today, Orbit Exchange website is down without any prior warning, resulting in huge losses among their customers! They refuse to cancel these bets either!

I've contacted BetInAsia/OrbitExchange via email multiple times, they refuse to provide me with any contact information of their legal department. In other word, our lawyers can't reach them!

Won a "jackpot" on lightning roulette, turning a 150EUR deposit into a 6000EUR profit.
Withdrawal was done in like 10 mins.
Reviews over the internet are very positive and I hope it stays that way.

I joined BetInAsia on 30/6/2022, completed KYC without any issues and started using my OrbitX account. I am a value bettor and arbitrageur. Meaning, I place my bets based on the odds and not on the players or teams, and neither value betting nor arbitrage is illegal according to their terms and conditions. I used to place hundreds of bets on 10-30 events every day, everything went very well. Deposits were quick and I made one withdrawal and it was processed quickly too. On 11/8/2022, there was a tennis match between Nikola Milojevic v. Mats Moraing and while the game was in-play I found an arb opportunity between Orbit and another bookmaker. To make the long story short, I ended up winning EUR 4165.90 on BetInAsia and I lost my bets with the other bookmaker. Later that evening, I received an email from BetInAsia saying that there’s an investigation from OrbitX’s side on that match but that I can continue to use my account normally. Minutes later I tried to place a bet and I get a message saying that my account is suspended with over EUR 13600 in my account! After 2 weeks of simply not giving any details and just asking me to be patient, on 23/8/2022, they sent me an email saying that Orbit and Betfair have detected illegal account activity and that I have engaged in “fund passing”! and that my account will be permanently closed! (without mentioning anything about my EUR 13600!, so you can imagine the stress I was in). I honestly did not even know what "fund passing" is and I had to Google it, and the first result that came up was this "Fund passing is when you use a low liquidity market in an exchange, in order to move funds from one exchange account to another. To achieve that, a potential fund passer will intentionally ask for wrong odds to make sure (even though you can never be sure) that funds will go in his desired direction." How were my bets on that market interpreted as "funds passing"? The bets were made in-play and it definitely was not a low liquidity market. I emailed BetInAsia explaining that the reason for which I placed my bets on that market and that I found an arbitrage opportunity and I sent them screenshots from my other bookmaker's account to prove my point and I even offered them access to my other bookmaker’s account to verify that the bets were actually made and I asked them for proof of what they are accusing me of but all my emails and requests were ignored. After weeks of sleepless nights and emotional stress of not knowing whether I will ever see my money again, on 12/9/2022, I received an email saying that I can withdraw my original balance but not the amount I won on that match (EUR 4165.90) and that that amount will remain on hold until the end of the investigation which may take from 12-24 months. The funny thing is that other players in the same situation were told that the investigation was already over and were allowed to use their account without any problems (I can't post links here, but you can read the post on sportsbookreview, just search for "BIA Orbit account suspenden")
If you’re a serious player and thinking of joining BetInAsia, my advice is to stay away! I would never trust these guys with not even 1 Dollar. They asked me for a scan of my passport with my signature on it and a bank statement with my address on it, so they have all my details, while their staff hide behind fake names and they don’t even have a company address! and in the end they accuse me of illegal activity! Just save yourself all the hassle and stay away! PS: I can provide proof of everything I said above.

- You say "the way you presented the case is not consistent with the facts." What are the facts? please go ahead and elaborate more on the fact. You never gave any details in your emails.
- "As per our records, you successfully withdrew the released funds a few days before this review was written." Yes, that was my original balance as I mentioned in the review above, but what about the EUR 4165.90? You still owe me EUR 4165.90!
- "please note that your case was not exactly the same, as we explained in our private communication." How is other players' case not the same as mine? You did not explain anything in your communications! In fact, you were ignoring my emails and never provided not even one proof or fact!
- I understand that engaging in illegal activity is against your Terms and Conditions, and it is a good thing to protect all players. However, what illegal activity are you claiming that I did? I explained in full details in my emails that what I did was arbitrage and arbitrage is not against the terms and conditions of Orbit and Betfair. If you do not understand what arbitrage is, you should not even be running a sports betting business.

I'm glad I came and read the reviews. I won't be trusting my money with this company. I suggest you don't waste your time either. They were unable to accept a clear photo of a bank statement I went and got from the bank especially. Every time I changed the photo to meet a new requirement they introduced another reason to reject. Then they reverted back to the original issue. They have a support centre but it's not able to do anything in support. I suspect it maybe easier to reject an application and they are under pressure due to lack of investment. On reading about people's money being withheld I feel lucky not to have them accept it now. Every cloud! Thankfully there are some good account providers out there and this is a good place to check as I know reviews tend to agree with my general experience.

In answer to their reply. No they didn't do anything to help in fact they were deliberately obstructive when I supplied the documents required. They think they can just reject everything for a different reason each time after you provide what they ask for . I met all legal requirements. Theyve invented their own ridiculous system that helps no one. Avoid these people if you value your time and money.

When I was looking for the best betting broker, BiA turned out to be the best in everything that was written. They have the largest offer of bookmakers, a good bonus, but it didn't turn out that way.

On demo account everything works fine but when I tried to verify account my gas bill has been declined by KYC department. When I asked why and wrote that my document contain all asked details and sent the same gas bill again they verified my account. I sent the same gas bill? Why was my bill rejected first time? I should have given up then but I was stupid and upload funds on my account.

My verified account does not have all the bookmakers (got only 5 bookies) I had on the demo account. They cut off all exchanges Betfair, Betdaq and Matchbook. Although some bookmakers like 18bet and JAbet does not offer odds for any matches. When I asked why, they asked more informations. I sent all what they want but that was not enough.

As I work as marketer and ghost writer for some big betting sites I get paid on my skrill account. I sent them screenshot how much I earned from one partners program. After all they asked more informations such as to provide a Bank statement where they can see the incomes from my employment and outcomes to my E-Wallet account.

It is not written about that anywhere on their pages.

I refused that. I won't send a bank statement with seen the incomes to anyone, not even to BiA. It is illegal and also it's not ethical. If I can't have bookies that I had on my demo account then I don’t want to have anything to do with BiA.

I asked for a refund (back on my skrill account) and closing the account. Support (Jacob) asked me to confirm that I agree with a 5% fee in the next 12 hours and he will assist me. Otherwise, my request will be rejected. I confirmed that I agree. But nothing is easy with Betinasia, not even that.

A little later I got another email from other support member Harry who wrote that my withdrawal request has been rejected because I don't have any betting activity according to Company Policy.

Obviously customer support does not read the rules they have on the website.
At their FAQ says
To withdraw funds, there is a need for three-time rollover with odds greater than 1.5 and BetinAsia reserves the right to charge a fee of 5% if this does not occur.

I tried to withdrawal again but then Carla wrote me that withdrawal request has been rejected and said

So, the customer is not important? Did she read my earlier communication??? What means "In order to be eligible of using exchanges on your black account, we offer a few payment solutions which you can use instead of using crypto."

I never mentioned crypto wallet. Or why should I open another account if I want to close my account and refund funds? There is too many support people that don't read emails and change the rules as they see fit. I talked with more then 10 people and I exchanged more than 40 emails but my money is stuck on BetinAsia.

Bonus? I asked what about the bonus when I opening an account. Support told me that just deposit funds on your account and you will receive 25% of bonus. They didn't tell me that funds have to be deposited and transferred to black account. They asked me confirmation if I am still interested for this promotion. I did not confirm that I want bonus.

But three days later on their own initiative they awarded me with 25€ of bonus, of course with the new conditions (need to reach the required 10x rollover).

In the meantime, I'm testing another broker for review and everything is fine.

I will do my best to let everyone know all about my experiences with BIA. In the end I lost € 300, good thing I didn't deposit more.

What happened to other users also happened to me. A €2290 bet was placed on Cricket, conveniently at a time when I'm never logged in and so they took my entire balance. They have been waiting for the result of the investigation for a week. I already know what the answer will be. They'll say I accessed it through a phishing site, something I've always been careful about. See the comment pattern. The method and the answers are always the same. Run away from these criminals.

someone broke into my account and played 2 bets, both bets were 4990 euros per cricket, I contacted them and said that an investigation was conducted to see the ip address from which it was played and it will be established that it is not me, I waited 10 days for answers and in the end they sent me that the money will not be returned with no explanation or check from which the ip address was played
