BetInAsia refused to review wrong-score betting case – no verification from provider (PIN88)
I had a very disappointing experience with BetInAsia involving a live bet during the AHL Ontario Reign vs Colorado Eagles game.
At the time of placing my bets, the score on BetInAsia’s platform showed 2–1, while the actual score was 1–1. Because of that wrong data feed, the odds were significantly inflated — even showing around an 18% arbitrage difference compared with the market.
I immediately reported this to BetInAsia and provided screenshots and full evidence. Instead of checking the odds and score history with their trading provider (PIN88), they simply cited a generic clause saying that live data is provided “as is” and refused to review the case.
They demanded that I prove the error myself, but declined to obtain confirmation from their provider, which would easily verify the situation. This is very concerning, because similar cases are known to be voided when bets win, but here they kept the losing bet as valid.
I have since asked for escalation to their compliance department and plan to submit a complaint to their licensing authority in Curaçao for independent review.
Overall, I expected fair investigation and transparency, but got repeated template replies and no proper verification. I’m sharing this so other traders and bettors are aware and always keep screenshots and timestamps when betting live through brokers like BetInAsia.

It is now the 6th day of my case. I have $6,000 in deposits and winnings more then 10k usd in my account. I am trying to write everywhere as much as I can, hoping that my case will end positively. At the moment, I cannot access my account. They are not replying to my emails. Most importantly, my deposits and winnings are not being paid out. They say an investigation is ongoing, but I believe this is only an excuse. I don’t know where to get help, but I will continue to write everywhere. This is the only thing I can do.
