Paid for a pay of brand new shoes from they're website £50, received shoes with another child's name and contact number in the tongue,

They're selling second hand / used shoes!

Changed to 5* as an hour later, customer service got in touch and immediately sent out a replacement pair,

Shoes are of really great quality, and the after care team redeemed the initial impression 🙏

So i have deliberately been waiting for half year to leave a review. My daughter had Amelia school shoes for nursery indoor wear since February. Mind, once weather was nice, she went to garden with them too as she loved them so much. So basically after half year wear for 5 days a week and almost 8 hrs every day they still look great! This was my trial before she started school in August and needless to say we got bigger size for school!

This is my first barefoot shoe for my son and the first shoe he hasn't turned his nose up at when looking at them so 5*, we are just yet to use the shoe for school for me to be able to give it any higher. He has already worn them out and so far they are great he loves them and doesn't complain, I just need to see if they last the test of time when school begins.
I've brought Hobbibare shoes previously for my daughter and the difference is the Bgreater shoe isn't as wide at the toe (a good thing) for my son.

Speedy delivery, my son has very wide feet- perfect school shoes and also really useful free gift when we purchased. Definitely will order again soon when back in stock.

Ordered my little girls first pair of school shoes from Bgreater and I’m so glad I did.

The shoes are lovely and very well made. The shoes being barefoot was really important too but the fact they were affordable barefoot shoes was even better.

I did worry as my little girl has very skinny ankles we sometimes struggle with shoes but the Marie shoe has a buckle meaning we could do them up tighter to make sure her foot won’t slip out.

Customer service & delivery timings were great. Cannot recommend enough.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. After ordering there was a glitch with the dispatch. I had paid for 24hr RM delivery, but waited over a week for a dispatch email. After contacting customer services I had a very apologetic reply within 24hrs. We had 2 days to get my son new shoes, as we’d managed 1/2 term in crocs.The companies founder, Iain personally went above and beyond to ensure that we got the shoes in time for the new term. His passion and integrity to support parents with his product is rare and very much appreciated by this family. My son absolutely loves his new “go faster” shoes! We will absolutely be supporting this great family run business and buying school shoes from them going forward. 😊

Brilliant company and fantastic shoes for my son. He told me this morning his trainers are his 'favourite shoes ever'. He had to pop his old trainers on for something the other day and he said how uncomfortable they were compared to his new ones. We will absolutely be investing in more shoes from this company, including his first school shoes for September. Thank you for making affordable barefoot shoes. My little boy has quite wide feet and always seems squashed into regular shoes- even the wide fit.
His toes particularly were starting to look all squashed together even with his shoes off.

Unfortunately the colours and sizes I wanted were out of stock on the website but the customer service was amazing! I contacted them to see when they might be back in stock, and they went rummaging to find me a pair- got me sorted out right away! So kind and helpful and really went out of their way to help me.

My little one loved his ‘bear shoes’ right away, and is always asking to get his shoes on!

MULTIPLE emails a day. Multiple. One day I had 4 in the space of an hour.

Lost any chance of a potential customer. Dial it down.

So glad I found this company. I was at my wits end buying and returning shoes from all the major shoe outlets for my 4 year old who is very sensitive to how they feel and refused to wear them. These were an immediate hit with her and she wore them straightaway no problems. They survived their first day at nursery and look like they will last well. She said they were comfy. We got the Berry and the sparkly pink bits were a great touch and they look really smart. Really can't say enough good things about them. I will be back for school shoes as she cannot tolerate all the ones we have tried so far. My only criticism is they don't do my size as I want a pair.

Overall my son seems to get on ok with his Levison trainers, but my big issue is the speed the soles have worn out and he has only really been wearing his second pair of these since about the end of March. This has only been very intermittent use of them but in some areas of the shoe there is significant wear, i.e the tread pattern has almost completely gone already.
He grew out of his last pair and in terms of wear I was glad he did as I was beginning to look at the soles as a liability when it came to grip in slightly damp conditions. I'm not sure I'd be looking to buy another pair.

I recently purchase a pair of baby shoes as I heard so many good things about barefoot shoes.
My little boy only started walking and he absolutely loves his new shoes. The shoes seem more comfortable then regular shoes and they have much more space for foot to be in natural position. Will definitely buy more shoes w once he outgrows his current one.

Absolutely brilliant shoes - just got a pair for my 4 year old (who I ALWAYS struggle to find shoes he thinks are comfortable) and my 18 month old. They arrived quickly, appear to be great quality and most importantly are exactly what they claim to be! 1st time the 4 year old doesn’t complain about toes feeling cramped, and the 18month old is toddling much more freely in his! Will definitely be our go to for the boys shoes from now!!

Highly recommend these trainers and this brand in general.
They are the first affordable barefoot trainer I have come across, my son prefers them to his vivobarefoot trainers which are nearly twice the price and his barefoot merrels which are around 20% dearer.
The last pair have lasted really well (Levison). I am delighted with the quality for the cost!
Iain has been amazingly responsive and helpful when I have phoned for sizing or stock advice.
I cannot understand the negative review below of the customer using stain remover, that isn't recommended, and then saying the colour has leached out!
It isn't recommended to wash the trainers in the washing machine but I have washed them on a 20 minute quick wash many times and they have been fine. If they hadn't have been, I would not have blamed the manufacturer when I did something that wasn't recommended!
Do not hesitate to order a pair. Kept up the good work BGreater shoes.

These shoes are fantastic! Perfect barefoot option for kids that are incredibly flexible, comfy and wash really well. They don’t cost the earth either which is a huge plus!
Great colour options with a timeless but modern design unlike some other barefoot brands.

I wasn't sure about this company as it had just popped up on my Facebook but I liked the design, and much cheaper than other barefoot shoes so I gave them a try. My two kids loved the shoes, they were so excited and no complaints about being too tight!! We had ordered Geox shoes which had to be returned as too narrow but these shoes fitted perfectly plus a handy shoe measurement tool. I've already sent pictures to my friends to show them and recommend them. Thank you! This was my original review which was 5 * however- the shoes got absolutely muddy and needed a good wash last week. I popped them in some warm water with a bit of stain remover - DO NOT DO THIS as all the dye runs off the shoes like paint. I did contact Bgreater shoes to express my disappointment about this as both shoes have lost their colour 😞 customer services needs improved as I was NOT left feeling like a valued customer. Instead I got a defensive reply basically stating it was my own fault for soaking the shoes and that this was the cause. No apology, no compensation and I felt far from valued unfortunately. Kids white shoes should be able to be cleaned as kids are notoriously messy. Very disappointed ajd although I initially loved the shoes I did not love the response from BGreater and it has completely put me off purchasing again in future.

Update: bgreater read my original review and contacted me to explain there was an issue with the batch of shoes I had received. Despite the fact it was 3 months after my purchased they offered to replace the shoes with a pair that have now had the faults rectified. I hadn’t contacted them directly because of the time gap, so I am very impressed with their customer service and offer of the replacement shoes. I’ll be happy to leave another review once we have used the replacements

Delivery etc was great. I bought school shoes, my son is fussy following spinal surgery a few years ago and he lost some feeing in his toes. I thought I’d give bare feet shoes a try so that he would have a lot of space for his toes. He loved them, BUT I bought them in September and by December they were wrecked. All the coating peeing off and the sole has come away from the shoe massively. In the past we have always bought Clark’s which have never ended up in this state - particularly after just 3 months. So first impressions were brilliant but I’m really disappointed with the quality.

Two pairs of school shoes from September, still going strong in January. Excellent customer service when we had a problem. Great quality shoes and 5* service 😀😀😀

Great school shoes for my son! It's so hard to find shoes that he finds comfortable as even some of the top brands are very hard and narrow. I love that the school shoes have a soft mesh backing. No complaints from him at all. Have now bought both my children new trainers from them too. Bonus points from my daughter that the Berry ones have sparkly details. Excellent value, great quality. Thanks
