Fantastic customer service, good quality as well

My first time ordering school shoes for my son from this company, and it’s been a great experience. Initial ordering and receipt of the shoes was quick and easy; they arrived well packaged and within 2 days of placing the order online. The shoes themselves looked sturdy and I particularly loved the flexibility of them, especially in contrast to the rigid, brick-like shoes I’d previously purchased from a very well known shoe company (the toe area of which had started to disintegrate by the end of the first half term, despite being more expensive).

Unfortunately, there was a slight flaw to the insole of one of the BGreater shoes, but a quick email to customer services was met with a pleasant, friendly response (from Gabby), who was apologetic and organised a new pair to be dispatched the same day (as I’d said I wanted to purchase a replacement pair), which was much appreciated. The new shoes arrived within 2 days, with a complimentary box of chocolates and the return of the original pair was smoothly handled by clicking a link that arranged collection of them from my address by Royal Mail.

Despite the issue with the first pair of shoes, the whole experience was stress free and efficiently handled and left me impressed, willing to purchase from the company again and happy to recommend to others.

Best of all, my little boy loves the new shoes and they've been comfortable from day one and wearing well so far.

Great shoes even months on. More affordable than their competitors. I also experienced great, fast customer service at the time and when I experienced an issue.

We would absolutely support this brand but they don't sell shoes for the sizes they refer to in their measurement guide. Impossible to buy trainers- therefore will go with other barefoot brands who include a wider range; what a silly concept?

Took 10 days to get badly mad cheap want to return told to find courier at my cost would take a month to get them had to track and let them know when they get them back in China. Boot were mad in South Korea rubbish they are made in Korea as that what is printed on boots

We have purchased 5 pairs now, our child is a beanstalk. Amelia’s and Levinson’s and both have stood the daily school wear and tear very well. More importantly this is a small, family-run business and if anything goes wrong they are all over it and go the extra mile to make it right. We had an incorrect size delivered and it was resolved with a smile and zero snarky attitude. Highly recommend this brand.

These are the best shoes. Not only are they comfortable for my 4 year old - they are still looking brand new after a term at school. I’ve heard other mums saying their kid’s shoes aren’t fairing so well. The shoes I bought from BGreater are also so reasonably priced. I’m so glad I found this company- will forever buy my kid’s school shoes from them!

I purchased a pair of boots for my 3-year-old son from your company, which were advertised as comfortable for children. Unfortunately, these boots have caused him injuries.

Upon contacting customer care, I was advised to:
1.Use Vaseline around his legs.
3. Ensure that his legs are always covered with socks. ( he was wearing socks)
This is not a reasonable solution for a young child whose socks may slide down.

Additionally, there were no indications before purchase that these measures were necessary to avoid injuries.
I am extremely disappointed with the response from your customer service. I will never buy shoes from your company again, and I plan to file a complaint with the Financial Ombudsman.

I've been buying barefoot shoes for my child since he was walking. I've tried various brands, some of which are very expensive. These are well made, sturdy and look great - they're brilliant for the price. These are the first shoes we haven't had to persuade him to try on for the first time.
The delivery was fast and when I emailed to ask a few questions i had a really quick response which was both friendly AND helpful. We will definitely be getting more Bgreater Shoes (in fact we've now got 2 pairs on the go!)

Very late delivery !!! Unreliable company. I ordered my little girl shoes on the 20th of November and I’m still waiting for the delivery. Ridiculous

How to make it impossible for someone be to place a first order? Come up with your own random shoe sizes, don’t provide a conversion table to any sort of standard UK or EU sizes and tell customers to order the “free” foot measure which charges shipping fees.
Would have loved to order from here but honestly how can this brand get new customers if they make the ordering process this difficult??? Just add a conversion on your website to EU success or adopt standard sizing!

This is our 3rd purchase of BGreater shoes and cannot fault the shoes or service provided! Our son loves every pair we get and they are excellent barefoot shoes. A shout out to Alec in customer service also, really helpful

My son is now on his 3rd pair of Alden barefoot shoes and loves them. The only issue has been waiting so long for a restock so we’ve had to buy others in the meantime.

Wonderful barefoot school shoes for my son. 6 weeks of use and they still look like new. Love the smiley face inside the shoe to help him with which foot. Fast shipping. Very happy customer.

Couldn’t fault the service. Royal Mail made a mistake and didn’t deliver my child’s shoes on time for school. But Bgreater sent out a replacement asap and even added a box of chocolates in there! So thoughtful and kind!

The best shoe buying experience i've had in a long while. Usually when it's time to get shoes for my children it's a whole commotion, with a lot of "how do those feel?" "do they hurt" but when my kids put on their Bgreater shoes, they immediately told me they felt "just like my trainers". The shoes are well made, they look nice and best of all, they are comfortable. We've already bought the next size up. BGreater has made a lifetime customer out of us. Thank you very much :)

Sizes are completely wrong! Go 3 sizes down!
He’s an 11 so we bought him an 11. They came and were atleast 3 sizes too big. They come with a shoe size gauge and showed the trainer was way over the 13 mark but his bare foot showed he was a 10.5 so we assumed they sent us a faulty pair. Ordered a size 10 because the others were so big while didn’t want to risk it being so close to back to school. Surprised I can still fit my finger down the back when he’s stood up and they flip off when he walks. Sizing is insanely wrong. I haven’t checked other reviews but if there’s no one else that has had this experience then I’ll be shocked! Little help from customer services also. Nice shoe with great idea for the bare foot experience but they have wasted my time

This company was recommended by a friend who had seen an Instagram ad, my son is always fussy with shoes so thought I'd give them a go. Good price point, speedy delivery and free gift was a bonus! Usually I get a 'nope' from my son as soon as he tries on a shoe, but these were a 'yep good!' so I think that says it all!
Sizing is generous so hopefully they will last the school year.
