Up front let me say, Jenna and Hayley are consummate professionals. As a prospective tenant, I was based outside of Edinburgh and needed appropriate accommodations. After discussing my budget and needs they organised viewing for a couple of properties and we found a great flat. During my time as a tenant under their care, I must say their attention and commitment was commendable. They were always proactive and maintained communication whenever I had to report repairs, etc. Unlike so many letting agencies, they treat tenants like people and I think that benefits everyone.To anyone looking to rent in Edinburgh, I would highly recommend Bho & Co. They're an exception to the usual rule.

I honestly never expected to write such a positive review for a property management company because, in my experience, most have been frustrating at best. Bho & Co completely changed that experience for me.

From the beginning, they were easy to work with, but what really stood out was how they treated me during one of the hardest times in my life. After my mother died, I had to unexpectedly move back to the U.S., and Jenna and the rest of the team showed me a level of kindness I never would have expected from a management company. They made a really difficult situation feel a little less overwhelming.

They’re also just genuinely good at what they do. Anytime I had an issue, they dealt with it quickly. At one point, I had a problem with my breaker and they had someone out to fix it within the hour.

Good property management companies are hard to come by, and finding one that is both efficient and compassionate feels even rarer. I’m incredibly grateful for how they treated me, and when I move back to Scotland, they’ll absolutely be the first people I contact.

Absolute dream team! This was our first time renting and Bho & Co couldn't have made the process any easier for us. I'd done a lot of reading prior to deciding to buy-to-let that renting can offer little reward for the effort, but now I believe the people spouting this were probably just engaged with inefficient letting agents! Hayley & Jenna are highly professional but with a very human, non-stuffy approach. From generating pristine marketing images, completing detailed inventories, finding the perfect tenant to keeping on top of maintenance requests - they're on it before you can think about it, and we couldn't have felt more at ease with their expertise. Highly recommend!

Jenna and Hayley and their team are perfectly lovely and created such a wonderful and warm experience for us when we were moving into the let property and were always on hand to help and support our many questions and needs regarding everything from finding appropriate Wi-Fi to dealing with unexpected hot water issues during our stay.
