Surojit Sen (22936): we had a fantastic experience ordering from bifoldshop - everything was systematic and seamless, including delivery. The installed door looks great and the mechanism works perfectly. The only thing I am not a big fan of is the vent latch on top of the frame, it looks made of slightly cheaper plastic which somewhat marrs the overall premium aesthetic of the door itself.

The guys were great
The guys were great. they arrived when expected and worked hard to install my fab new patio doors. Minimum disruption and cleaned up after themselves superbly, leaving no trace they were here. Took away old doors and surrounds too. Very pleased with the doors and would recommend the company to anyone. Well done and thank you.

Darren and the team have been amazing from start to finish. We visited the showroom in Cheltenham to excellent honest sales from Darren who couldn’t be more helpful. We purchased Origin sliding doors and large fixed glass panels and various other windows which were high quality products. The installation team were excellent, friendly, clean and tidy with superb fitting. The finish was fantastic and any minor snags were no problem and sorted with ease. I can’t recommend this company more highly. Thank you.

After sales remedial adjustments
Cherie, made the whole experience of calling for a remedial visit to adjust the door lock very easy. On the day I received a text saying they would be with me in the next 30 minutes and they duly were. Brilliant service and attentiont to detail
Cherie was brilliant, professional, fast and great communication throughout the small project. Matt was just as great, really happy with my door repair where they stepped in as the original fitters were no longer in business...wouldnt hesitate to recommend the Bifoldshop.

Good communication from start to…
Good communication from start to finish. From the minute I contacted this company they were very prompt with replies to emails. All visits were on time. Everyone I spoke to was very professional friendly with clear instructions. The original date for fitting I was given was brought forward by 2 days which was really good. The price was competitive and most importantly the doors are gorgeous.

Kept updated through out the purchase. The doors were fitted upstairs, the installers were very respectful throughout and took care to ensure no damage was caused. The old doors were also taken away. Very pleased with product and service.

Architect's Choice
As an Architect the choice of which Bi Fold door manufacturer is very important. Many clients wish quality, reduced frame profiles and ease of operation. I can highly recommend this product and company for all the above including cost. As a large investment the decision is an important one, and presale and aftersales communication were excellent. Essex Bi-Folds, from the moment I walked through the door at your show room I was made to be very welcomed, from the help from the sales team to paying my deposit then then the installation was a well timely manner but most importantly to a very high professional standard. The installation team turned up in a timely manner dressed smart, professional and greeted myself well presented. They worked hard throughout the installation and very professional and cleaned up along the way behind themselves throughout the job, once they were finished the work area was left clean and tidy and I was very impressed with the installation. Further more I would highly recommend Essex Bi-Fold to anyone that is thinking of using them and will definitely be using them again soon on other projects that I have. Great work guys. 👍🏼

It's a surprisingly straightforward process from seeing the bi-fold door options, getting a quote and then working out delivery and fitting options. Daria was super helpful with all the admin. Fitters were professional and friendly. I would highly recommend it.
