This was a great item, and I almost gave it a perfect score, it would have been four and a half stars.
The reason is that it was not possible to install the hedgehog at the full length of four metres; it kept twisting, so I had to reduce the length to two metres.

Worse delivery
The shipment was supposed to arrive the next day, but it arrived after 3 days. The delivery driver couldn't unload the pallet because his ramp was too small, so I had to unload my windows myself.

Good morning Marcin,
I am sorry to hear of the delay to your order, and for the fact that the driver was unable to offload.
The delay was due to there being an incident on the M5 which affected the couriers central hub, and was not foreseeable.
We hope to see you again in the future, and apologies once again for the issues faced.
Kind regards,
Phil.

Disappointed - chain of failed deliveries resulting in a long delay.
Ordered velux flashing unit. Told it was a 3 day lead time with the item being shipped direct from velux. Two weeks and 5 failed deliveries later I have given up and gone elsewhere. Problems seems to be with the communication between the roofing store and velux but in any case resulted in a long delay and poor experience. Probably not the roofing store’s fault but it is their problem to solve which they failed to do. Disappointed.

Good afternoon Martin,
Many thanks for taking the time to feed this back, and I sincerely apologise for the delay.
From what I can see, the order was due to be with you on the 6th working day - slightly outside our estimated 3-5 working day lead time on this range.
We apologise that this was slightly outside our usual timeframes. If you require anything else in the future, please let us know and we'll happily double check any lead times prior to the order being placed.
We hope to see you again in the future.
Kind regards,
Phil.
