Products are great price, I have yet to get them delivered and see the quality but everything seems great for now. I made a purchase during Black Friday and forgot to apply the discount code, after contacting customer service, Debbie was quick to issue a refund on the discount I forgot about.
Amazing service. Can’t wait to receive my bathroom.

Hello,
Thank you for your review.
I appreciate the time you have taken to discuss your feedback further, on the telephone this afternoon.
Once again, I am very sorry for the issues you have experienced during the installation. I have taken a look into this with our Technical Department and they have advised that tiling down onto the shower tray, can cause you to lose adjustment. Unfortunately, as the tray has not been installed as per our guidance, this has meant that the door is too long. As it has been drilled and siliconed into place, we would not be able to accept this as a return on this occasion.
If you have any further requirements we can help you with in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us again.
Kindest Regards,
Lauren
