This company clearly advertises as Big…
This company clearly advertises as Big Bathroom shop Ireland however it is UK based, shipping between 2-7 days is not realistic, I received my order late, then when I was not happy with part of my purchase I wad told I would have to provide weight and measurements OF ALL MY ITENS IN AN EMAIL so that a courier could price a return of my ITEMS TO THE UK, STILL AWAITING A PRICE.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS SO CALLED SHOP IRELAND AGAIN

Expensive for what it is
Ordering process, delivery etc very prompt and efficent. I ordered braas but am disappointed with the coulour as it looks very cheap in comparison to the brass tap I was replacing.

My dealings with both Lauren and Amanda was excellent. I ordered an outdoor shower which I could not install. I was outside the timeframe for a refund but this was not an issue. Excellent customer service and delivery experience.
This was the second purchase I made from the Big Bathroom Shop and it far exceeded my expectations. I had reason to contact the customer services with a question and I received a full response within a couple of hours. After placing my order I was kept fully updated on the delivery schedule. Good solid products and great customer service.
My mixer arrived with the hot and cold stickers on the wrong side of the mixer but the issue was resolved quickly. Shower is really lovely and has a nice handy ledge for placing shampoo and shower gel etc.

The delivery was not brought into the house. The delivery man said he was not insured to bring the item from his van. If this is true it’s ridiculous that big bathroom shop don’t insure delivery drivers to deliver
