Recently purchased a Milano shower from Big Bathroom Shop. After installation the unit did not function properly. I contacted the company and received advice on the problem and how to resolve it. The problem was not resolved and the company sent a replacement unit. This resolved the problem. Many thanks to the excellent customer service and Holly in particular. She does a great job.

Very nice toilet, but really tricky to assemble, glass panels don't align when water tank is installed, it's doable but you have too very carefully with it.

The delivery courier they use just want…
The delivery courier they use just want to leave everything on the side of the road.
I seen the response but the delivery driver pretended to try and bring it to the door and said he couldn't get it up the tiny curb, then I asked how was I suppose to get it to my house if he couldn't with the trolley.
If he said they only do curbside I wouldn't have a problem but pretending to try and expecting me figure it out is what I have a problem with.

We have taken a look into this and we can see that your order was dispatched on a pallet due to the product containing glass. Our drivers are not authorised to unwrap the pallets, which is why they were only able to deliver to the kerbside. However, we understand how this can be inconvenient, and we are sorry for this.
We are aware that you requested for the goods to be returned and we have since received them back. A full refund has therefore been issued and the payment will reflect within your account used to place your order, in the next 2-5 working days.
