Great customer service
There was a bit of hassle with customs and BBS were following up straight away making sure all was good. I was dealing with Amanda who was very helpful and knew exactly the problem and fixed it straight away.

It’s easy to write a good review when everything goes right but where you really know you’ve received good service is when something goes wrong. The delivery is not the fastest, but this is not much important for me. What is actually important - the quality of products and of service, and here the guys won their 5 stars! I received 2 scratched shelves (caused by delivery), and contacted customer service to replace them - Ellie from the team was very nice and professional, she understood my issue and sent the replacement very quickly. I’m impressed!
