It’s not looking good.

Ordered a tv cabinet last Friday via the b&q website. The delivery date was shown as 2nd September so I scheduled the day off work to be in for delivery. It’s now 9pm on the 2nd and ive had no information, no updated tracking information and ive been unable to get a response to my messages and emails across various channels. Im really disappointed and confused. Where is my item and when will it arrive? Poor communication.

Item was as described and arrived well-packed and assembled. Good price in sale.

We are pleased with the final product which we received, but this was after some delivery difficulties. The first item broke as it was delivered due to inadequate packaging, and although BFW wetre quick to offer us a refund / redelivery, this ultimately caused some confusion and inconvenience: although we opted for redelivery, the refund was processed automatically, forcing us to reorder the product instead and consequently missing out on a discount we had originally qualified for. So product quality 5*, but delivery, customer service and communication 3*.

Took me over two weeks to resolve a lost parcel issue. Ended up losing all the money on that order. Spent days trying to contact them via socials, emails, their website, but no one would respond. They do not have a phone number.

When they finally did respond, three people answered me all with different answers and so the issue got even more tangled.

Huge amount of stress, incredibly dreadful service, and a waste of money.

The delivery was fine, but when I received my furniture 2 wardrobes with draws and a dressing table the all came damaged. The delivery drivers contacted the company and had 2 new wardrobes ordered, one of those were damaged, so another was ordered this one arrived and the draws draws did not line up as there was a gap. My 4th wardrobe was ordered when it arrived the doors were a different height to the other wardrobe doors and the original wardrobe started to fall diary, doors not shut properly and the draws kept coming off the draw rails, so in all the furniture was cheap, and tacky would never order from them again. Had to wait over a week for a full refund which I wasn’t happy about because I needed to purchase new furniture.

Great product for the price and it arrived fully assembled. Delivery was very quick. I recommend this company

Very good service

Great quality wardrobe, great and fast guys to assemble it together. However I was let down when I was told the guys who assemble it do NOT take away the rubbish and the customer has to do it. Otherwise they get charged apparently.

Ordered a chest of drawers but quickly had to cancel and requested a refund (£180)
Cannot speak to anyone, Live Chat doesn't work - though initially got email replies. Then delivery guys call to arrange delivery - despite order having already been cancelled!
Advised that refund had been processed via email, which could take 2-5 working days. Waiting for almost a month now, no email replies.
Having to take further through Trading Standards and possibly solicitors.
Be careful - after service non-existant!

I was decorating my son's birthday with an under-the-sea theme and I found an adorable fish themed storage unit at a great price. It was on pre-order so delivery was a little longer but delivery was great and the piece arrived perfectly. It was easy to assemble and looks great in my son's bedroom. I was really happy to find this company and to find a great product for my son's bedroom.

After experiencing significant delays with a sofa bed that I had previously ordered from a different company, I decided to buy from here.
I was a little sceptical because there is not contact number - only email and online chat but decided to take the plunge as it stated delivery was free and also within 24 hours (2 working days).
I am very pleased to say that after ordering my sofa bed on Thursday, I got confirmation via email to say it had been dispatched on the Friday and it was delivered today (Monday) by a very polite and helpful delivery driver.
The sofa bed is as described, came with no missing parts and is of good quality.

Very happy customer.

Would use again and also recommend too!

Update: I have now received 4 box 2s via 4 separate deliveries and the desk sent incorrectly has still not been collected.

Placed 2 orders. Received one order with no problems. Second order of 2 chest of drawers only received Box 1. Emailed and was given tracking info for rest of delivery. Delivery company messaged saying issue with address, emailed Big Furniture Warehouse, no response. Delivery company then dumped a desk I did not order in the front garden. Emailed Big Furniture Warehouse, no reply. No matter time of day you go onto Live Chat it says its unavailable. Website says email responses within 24hrs, not had a response to any emails since emailing to say the delivery company were having issues. Still haven't received x2 Box 2 of the chest of drawers and have not been issued a refund. Absolute joke. Clearly a company who struggle to take accountability and aren't interested when things go wrong.

I placed an order for some fully assembled bedroom furniture. It was easy to place the order online. On receiving the order confirmation email I was given an initial delivery date of one week from the order date which was somewhat misleading. Delivery took almost a month from the order date which was slightly disappointing. However once the furniture arrived I was happy with the quality. The delivery guys were amazing also and placed the furniture exactly where I needed it to go. Overall, happy with the service and furniture received!

The shipping was quick and the furniture is lovely. The quality is really good and the cost is reasonable.

The Avon 2 drawer coffee table is a fantastic buy very well made and easy to put together.
Anyone with DIY skills will find it easy to put together .
The Avon 180cm display cabinet also a good buy .
I found the quality of these products to be a good quality.
Would recommend fantastic service from order to door .
