Big K Products Avis 

I have been using BigK exclusively for my BBQ charcoal for the last 3 years. From my first order to my most recent, delivery to by door has been within a couple of days from order. The materials are excellent. I cannot find anything negative to say.

The lump wood charcoal is superb, burns incredibly hot and lasts for multiple cooks. This is now my go-to lump wood.

Great price. Nicely packed. We always using them. One of the best charcoal we had ever. Easy to use. Delivery service amazing too.

Used Instant BBQ. Unfortunately it was the worst experience as the food was spoiled by black metal lines and even thin metal on some and tasted of petrol. I did bin it as it was not eatable. The worst instant bbq experience.
I would not recommend this item, especially for health security.

I’ve been ordering the 15kg bags of charcoal for a while now 2 at a time so I the free postage which is great because we eat alot of bbq ,ive also ordered some of there no resin briquettes too they take a little longer to light but last ages.On the whole I’m happy but in three of my bags I’ve found pieces of bricks some of which were large pieces a quarter of a whole brick and because I do long cooks briskets and alike I fill the basket up and did not relished they were in my cook until I was cleaning up afterwards that I saw un burnt material in the fire basket and realised it was pieces of brick.

I’ve been buying the 15kg sacks of coal from here for many years as we have regular bbq’s at home. I used to drive to their warehouse and collect in my car and they were always polite, happy and respectful. Recently through ill health I have used their online order and delivery service and its very easy to use. Delivery is prompt and the coal is delivered very well packaged so there is no soot dropping out. All in all I’m very happy with them. I wish them well.

Great product! A little smoke for around the first 5 minutes then great constant heat for around an hour. Perfect burn with no ash blowing around and just a fine burnt residue left after cooking.

Great value for money and very good quality, I bought the 6 bag instant light charcoal pack, lights very easily and gives off some serious heat, my delivery came quicker than expected too, will definitely order from Big K again when needed

My husband loves barbecuing on charcoal and smoking meats. Big K is his fuel of choice, he finds it let smokey when lighting than others so this is the go to for our house hold. I have made a few orders over the years and have never experienced any problems. Gets delivered quite quickly.

Big K used to he the Big daddies but not now

Ordered a pallet and of restaurant grade charcoal aftwr using for years with no issues and found package twine in 4 bags I've opened so far and thats what I could see god knows what I've missed.

Now Big k want me to collect the remaining bags and I have to carry them to the kerb for them to he collected!!!

Won't be ordering from them again sadly

Not sure about anyone else but I don't want my food cooked with plastic twine

The woodies are great easy to light and gets the charcoal going really quickly, the delivery service is spot on as a new customer can't fault the products
