Call answered by a human. Very informative in xferring my isa. When I actually tried to transfer it, it was a bit of a faff, which I was not originally told about. I had to phone again to find out how to find the form on the website. I had to download them, fill them out, photograph them, then finally email the photo to vida.

Made an application for an ISA account…
Made an application for an ISA account as they had market leading rate. But they needed more information proving ID and address. They emailed me and I replied back but for 2 weeks I did not hear back from them. Then they sent me an email again saying that I have still not supplied the necessary information so I referred them to my original email sent weeks before. Got a reply back saying they will respond within 3 working days but then no response for weeks. After weeks heard back saying account is open but by then I had gone ahead with another provider. If they can't even get their correspondence and deadlines in order can I really trust them with my money? No
