Good treatment.

Ever since I have been with GB Bank ive been treated with understandlng and respect, today that treatment continued with Emma I had to leave because of the other reasons, the staff is a credit to GB Banking.

i am about to lodge funds with GB bank as i had to call them with a query and there customer service was first class and it put to at ease so i am happy to go ahead and look forward to dealing with them

It was really easy for me to apply for a savings bond. The mobile app is very good too.
I spoke to Mark in the customer services today and he was very friendly and helpful. I feel confident my investment is in good hands.

Difficulty Login in to GB Bank…

I recently experienced some difficulty accessing my GB Bank online account, specifically when attempting to change my password. I reached out for support and was very impressed with how efficiently the issue was handled.

Shantel provided excellent assistance throughout. She was professional, responsive, and took the time to clearly explain the steps needed to resolve the problem. Her helpful and reassuring approach made the process straightforward and stress-free.

Overall, a very positive experience, and I would recommend GB Bank based on the quality of customer service I received.
