I found Vida very easy to deal with. The online experience is clear, straightforward and easy to navigate. The telephone support was outstanding - calls are answered quickly and all of the agents I spoke to were friendly, clearly spoken, quick to grasp what I needed and all my requests were dealt with promptly and correctly. I would definitely recommend!

A good place to save.
I have had savings with Vida for a couple of years, and have a couple of ISAs. One was maturing, so as the rate was pretty good I decided to stay put and roll over the maturing fixed rate into a new one. Rang up the helpline to query when I could pay money in to the new one. The adviser answered the phone in less than 5 minutes, and confirmed the information I needed.
Found the service to be pretty seamless and helpful.
The savings rates are pretty good too. Overall a really positive experience.

I had a really bad experience
I had a really bad experience, I don't normally write reviews but in this case I wanted to feed back how challenging it was to try to transfer my ISA with Vida. The communication regarding updates on setting up the account were almost non existent. I had to call them multiple times to understand why everything was taking so long. After 2 weeks of trying to get an answer I was finally informed I'd need to send a written signed letter to open the account. I've never heard of something so outdated as a UK citizen with a history of banking in the UK. In the end the process was so frustrating I asked them to shut down the account and instead had to seek another provider.
