Bike Assist helped me following a motorcycle accident at the end of August 2024. I have to say I was a little nervous initially due to the lamentably slow response from the third parties insurer, but need not have been. Preet Dhillon dealt with the case and was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and she updated me regularly on events and advised me wisely. I recovered the cost of my insurance excess, clothing and helmet. I also want to mention Ramona who stepped in while Preet was away for a little while. Ramona was equally helpful and professional. Thank you all again.

Legal bike assist contacted me when my father sadly passed in a road traffic accident. Steve was with us from start to finish - always polite, informative and would answer any worries or questions I had. I was told it was 'no win no fee' and true to their word it was... also we won the case and still had no fee as they don't believe in payments when there is a fatality and feel the family has already lost so much.
