Bike Boom want to keep its community rolling. Offering good value servicing and honest advice. We are a small bicycle workshop run by human beings. IF YOUR ONLINE ORDER IS LATE PLEASE CALL US. We are real people and sometimes mistakes happen or people get ill or things get forgotten or packages get lost etc We are here to help make sure you get your order. All bikes are welcome. Cargo bikes, e-bikes, folding bikes are what we specialise in as well as refurbishing bikes - check out our custom builds too! Highly recommend BikeBoom
Highly recommend BikeBoom. Put my bike in recently for a rear wheel issue. Andy found the problem and rung me the next day with the news it would cost £10. He could have quite easily told me I needed a new rear wheel etc etc and I would have paid for it. Great to know BikeBoom has such an honest mechanic in Andy and they are now my go to bike repair shop 😀👊

Review for items not delivered. Bike Boom use Hermes :(
You have asked me to leave a review for goods that have not arrived. That would be one star review then! Stop using Hermes to deliver your items, they are terrible and make your service terrible. Use a good delivery service so your items arrive when expected and people wont be disappointed/angry about not receiving items they have paid for. Hermes=poor service. Bike Boom uses Hermes, Bike Boom has poor service because of their choice of delivery provider.

Perfect fit on the handlebars
Perfect fit on the handlebars, bought my takeaway coffee and popped it on and I walked with the bike to the office a few mins away.
Hands where otherwise full so a nice compliment to make the short journey easier

Apologies that the pdf and the video instructions weren't enough to help with the construction of the little bike. We also offered to help you via video call. This bike is listed as collection only as components like fenders can get easily damaged in transit like what has happened here. We did send you a pre paid label and arranged collection which you failed to have the package ready for the courier. The bike in question was a £200 bike which you bought at the reduced price of £140. We always look at ways how we can improve our service and take all feedback seriously.
