Chris is a thorough bike technician who always comes well prepared when faced with our rusty poorly maintained bikes! They always look and ride significantly better after he's serviced them and I'd highly recommend him to anyone needing services or repairs.

Christopher turned up on time, replaced the hydraulic brakes on my electric bike, and served my hybrid bike.
He did a really good job, and explained to me exactly what had been done when he’d finished.
So easy too as he has everything he needs in his van, so can work whatever the weather.

Chris has undertaken an annual, and major, service on my HaiBike Trekking 4.0 e-bike for the second year running. It was excellently planned, recorded, organised and undertaken. Chris is very knowledgeable and undertook the work over two hours in his usual professional and friendly manner. His BikeTune business and set up with the well set-up mobile van and tools for working at customer's homes is very impressive.

Chris is an Experienced bike mechanic with helpful links to providers of branded parts for bicycles whether mountain & road bikes. He did a great job in completing a main service on my Santa Cruz TallBoy bicycle.

Very professional, Christopher knows his stuff. Came exactly at the appointed time. This was a new bike set up and he found a number of faults for which he recommended return for refund. He went above and beyond to help us out and wrote a letter for us to use detailing all the problems. I highly recommend his services.

Very efficient and answered all of my questions and provided an excellent service.

Chris provides a reliable, efficient and affordable service, he's looked after both our bikes. Mine is fabulous now it has new brake pads.
And of course Chris provides a mobile service no more putting bikes in cars and sitting in traffic taking them to bike shops.

Chris is very personable and *very* knowledgeable, he was able to service my bike to a very high standard and explained clearly what the problems were and how he would fix them
