My order was not delivered. I contacted customer services by email several times with useless automated responses. It is still unresolved over 1 month later. Do not purchase from Billabong!

Very slow delivery time. T-shirt colours and designs are good but the fabric is a lot thinner than they used to be.

Missing item in delivery. Absolutely nil communication despite several requests for updates. Then all money was refunded. Then missing item turned up a week later and money taken from account.
So all square in the end but appalling customer service. They actually sent me an email to stop sending requests for info as it was making them slower! And three weeks later I still haven’t had one response. Will never use again.

I’ve been buying from Billabong for years however I wont be anymore. I returned a couple of items for a refund and it has been 25 days no refund or communication. I’ve tried contacting them but only getting automated replies. So frustrating.

I have not received my order. Tracking says I have and customer service do not answer my emails. What else can I say £93 down the drain. I have been ripped off.

I got through to billabong in another country and they were super quick with replies but I have not received a refund or any reply from the uk after weeks of trying

Poor communication and delivery updates, kept in the dark

Terrible. Order took ages to arrive. Once it did, the t-shirt itself was really poor quality - similar fit and feel to T-shirts from Primark. It fitted too small compared to the images. For the price you pay it’s a total rip off.

Organised a return via the Evri label provided. It’s been two weeks now and the item hasn’t arrived back so I assume it’s lost in transit and customer service are doing nothing to help. So at this rate I won’t be getting my £40 refund. Really disappointed

I was a long time Billabong customer. And then I realized like a lot of us that we lost our rewards. They're clothing line shifted. Who the hell is running the business. The designs the fits the cuts of the shorts and shirts are nothing like they used to be. I even saw Billabong at Sam's club. Sell outs. Luckily I have some good well made original Billabong wet suits and swimwear but I won't be purchasing anything else.

I can’t believe how bad this company’s customer service is.
My son tried on some Boardshorts in Greece but wasn’t quite his size so I ordered the online .
My order was cancelled and refunded 4 x and I was stupid enough to place another order which has taken so long it’s the familiar pattern of another cancellation. All the items that was cancelled never become unavailable online.

Very good confortable and gorgeous swimsuit! Bought the last pair on discount, therefore it arrived with a little tear in the middle of tying rope of the bikini top.

Quick delivery. Reasonable price for a quality wetsuit.

Quality product, great material, good fit, great communication during order/delivery process, easy to use website, great selection for men and women, quick delivery, well packaged. Would recommend and will be back to order again

Ordering was easy, the only thing is, it tucked longer than I thought to be delivered but the backpack was better than the photos showed. With lots of pockets inside.
