Billabong keep sending me the wrong size kids shirt. It's a hassle to send back, wasting my time and disappointing my son.

Traumatic experience . They just take your money , don’t deliver the tshirt and than you can wait for any response to your queries forever and not get a refund . Ordered tshirt on 3/06, raises queries on their website , on Instagram , message was read and ignored . Unbelievable !!!!!! It’s been month already since I placed my order . NEVER AGAIN . Lost 30£

Slow response from customer service, lost one order, slow delivery on another 2. I did get a refund on the lost order, but one of the items is now out of stock, so that is annoying

Goods still not delivered and no feedback for weeks as to what’s happening, even though I chased for an update last week. What a disappointment after wanting to reconnect with the brand.

I’ve bought things in the past and have always found return’s difficult but I’ve even got return information and no refund. I’ve tried ringing and email for 2 months and not had a single return email other than a standard generated one. I’m still trying to contact them hopefully they may see this though I doubt it very much.

Ordered weeks ago. Still no delivery or update, and after several attempts to contact customer services, no response. Wouldn’t use again.

Long delay in receiving refund to reorder something in its place

I ordered 2 pairs of swimming shorts. The parcel arrived contained only 1 pair. I emailed customer and received no response. So I've basically been scammed. I had heard of Billabong growing up but this is NOT the same company now. Do NOT order here, there is a high chance things will go wrong and you will be out of pocket.

The order never arrived, customer service only sends automated responses and does not offer to help, do not order from Billabong

The order arrived with no issues after 10 days. I realised it was a 16" pair of shorts with an inner lining, not quite what I wanted and I started the returns process. When trying to create a returns label you are asked to enter the order number. The AI response did not recognise my order number, after 9 attempts and several hours trying it in different formats I gave up. There is no customer service other than continual ai responses. Do not order from Billabong!

Ordered nearly a month ago and order has still not arrived

Order was marked as delivered but never turned up. I contacted customer services twice but haven't heard anything. Not happy!

Customer service is now awful.
Can’t despatch an item within the timeframe but can’t cancel either. Have to wait for a late delivery to return and close account. Bizarre business.
Also have to wait 10 after they have received a return before they will process a refund!
Plenty more options to buy clothing from.

Nearly a month later and still no order, tracking doesn’t update and customer service don’t bother to respond, other than to send an automated email. I’d avoid ordering from here unless you want to lose money.

Clothes were really well made and looked better than the pictures. Delivery was quick.

No communication, no delivery.
Will pursue refund via cc company.

Your order will not arrive. Customer service will not reply to any emails. Their office constantly closed. Do not order from here

It has taken over 3 weeks and my shorts have still not arrived. The tracking information is ambiguous and says delivered (which it hasn't been) but I get a different status if I put the number into the DPD website which just says in transit.

I haven't had a reply to 3 messages I have sent about this issue, just a generic message offering a 30% discount due to courier delays that I would not want to use given the experience so far. Also, an email saying please do not email them, as it slows down replies, but no actual reply. Delivery estimate and promised time to reply to emails all not met.

Very poor customer service which is well below my expectations direct from Billabong - probably my worst experience shopping online to date. I fear that I will probably have to raise it as a case with payment merchant soon.

Absolutely diabolical service. I regret the purchase and wouldn't use again or reccomend Billabong as a result. If only I had checked the reviews before I ordered - naively assumed Billabong would offer a good service. Lesson learnt. Hopefully others will see the pattern and not make the same mistake.

Ordered my tshirt 3 weeks ago and still hasn’t been delivered ; I keep tracking dpd and they keep changing shipping date to today’s date every day , I got email to give review of a product I have not even received yet and not sure I’ll receive
