Clothes were really well made and looked better than the pictures. Delivery was quick.

No communication, no delivery.
Will pursue refund via cc company.

Your order will not arrive. Customer service will not reply to any emails. Their office constantly closed. Do not order from here

It has taken over 3 weeks and my shorts have still not arrived. The tracking information is ambiguous and says delivered (which it hasn't been) but I get a different status if I put the number into the DPD website which just says in transit.

I haven't had a reply to 3 messages I have sent about this issue, just a generic message offering a 30% discount due to courier delays that I would not want to use given the experience so far. Also, an email saying please do not email them, as it slows down replies, but no actual reply. Delivery estimate and promised time to reply to emails all not met.

Very poor customer service which is well below my expectations direct from Billabong - probably my worst experience shopping online to date. I fear that I will probably have to raise it as a case with payment merchant soon.

Absolutely diabolical service. I regret the purchase and wouldn't use again or reccomend Billabong as a result. If only I had checked the reviews before I ordered - naively assumed Billabong would offer a good service. Lesson learnt. Hopefully others will see the pattern and not make the same mistake.

Ordered my tshirt 3 weeks ago and still hasn’t been delivered ; I keep tracking dpd and they keep changing shipping date to today’s date every day , I got email to give review of a product I have not even received yet and not sure I’ll receive

Scammers. It's been weeks since my partner ordered a pair of shorts - they never arrived despite dpd saying they had delivered. Customer service hasn't responded to both complaints we've sent out - starting on the 6th of June.

Avoid and don't waste your time and money. Contact your bank as you will not get a response from Billabong - they will just steal your money.

Order not received after 2 weeks, customer service are very slow to respond and haven’t provided any useful information. I bought shorts as a gift and now have no present and no refund.
I’d recommend buying elsewhere.

I'm already written a review about my non delivery and total lack of customer service. Just to add, I did actually receive an e mail yesterday. Thought to myself brilliant an ACTUAL response. But no. It was just yet another automated e mail. This time telling me to stop sending in chase up e mails! Thats not going to happen. I will continue to chase this until I get an answer about my delivery! Unbelievable!!!!

Delivery has taken about a month and is yet to arrive.

I ordered two items and was told if I added another I would receive a promotional reward. I did this. Only the third item was delivered. The two I wanted were declared "unavailable". Poor

Absolutely useless package tracking.Ordered multiple items and some come from outside uk and mine got lost. Useless support from Billabong with probably an AI support. I’d be wary of ordering more than one item at a time and they do little to resolve problems

Tracking is rubbish!! my package never arrived. There’s no one to support you from the customer service team, it’s all just bots:( feel like I’ve been scammed! don’t even know how I could get my money back since no one has been answering emails.

3 weeks after ordering I am still missing my order. I have chased over 10 times and some useless chatbot gives a generic answer. Billabong has all the marking of a scam site! Do. Do not go near this vendor!

Order never turned up although tracking says delivered and no response from numerous attempt to contact customer services.

One item was missing from the order and been waiting over 3 weeks with no ability to track the order and zero response from web contact form other than an automated response. Have emailed and submitted the contact form multiple times and not got any further. There is no phone number and no way of cancelling the order to get a refund so they have the money but I have a bikini top with no bottoms. Worst customer experience ever.

The company can improve my responding to emails. And completing shipment details for couriers so then customers can find out what has happened to their order. Do not recommended. You won’t get your items. Should have ordered off Amazon

I made my order on the 6th June, it is now the 18th June and I have still not received it. The tracking is useless and the customer service is non existent. I would go out of my way to avoid using Billabong in any capacity in the future.
