Never received item

Order was supposed to arrive two days after ordering and I still haven’t received it or any tracking information yet I’ve received a message asking for a review..

Deceitful delivery quotes

The sofa was purchased with a delivery date of or before Wednesday Shipped by the supplier. Quote:

1 item(s) will be delivered on or before 22/04/2026.

I then received an email from the delivery company to say it would be Saturday 25th. I am not available to take delivery on Saturday 25th. So now it has to be the following Monday. If I had known it wasn't as advertised and wouldn't have been delivered by Wednesday I wouldn't have bought it. Deceitful sales. Never buy from homebase. You're sold a pack of lies.

Unable to build my new bed as bolts were missing. Repeatedly chasing but just get auto replies or told to wait.

That’s not the experience we aim to provide, especially when it comes to something as important as getting your bed fully assembled and ready to use. We’d like to look into this properly for you—could you please let us know the product name and your order details so our Customer Service team can investigate the missing bolts and get this resolved as quickly as possible?

We also take the communication issues you’ve mentioned seriously, and this will be reviewed internally so it doesn’t happen again.

Came within 7 days choice of delivery day.
On delivery day was updated along the way actually delivered exact time
Guys were very polite and respectful of property. So happy with my new chest it’s exactly as described good quality so have ordered another to match a 3 drawer chest

I took a day off work to wait for this product

I had some excellent customer care service from Birlea this week when the product I ordered failed to arrive. It was ordered through Wilco, who it is fair to say offered me no help at all and its tracking system was totally innafective. Thank you Birlea for tracking my delivery down to the courier and ensuring that I would recieve the item in question in a couple of days. Happy St George's Day. Thanks for your help. Mr N Needs

Expected to be delivered last Tuesday, but will get it on Tuesday only this week and on unsuitable time gap.
Only I got a reminder to "tell more about experience", but this is not delivered yet.
But only experience of delays.

I love the bed but the delivery was awful

I love the bed but the delivery experience was awful. I bought through Debenhams and waited in a whole day for delivery until 9pm. There is no phone number to contact them and I was told by the AI bot to wait a week and if the item doesn’t show up then get back in touch to follow it up! Such a disappointment
