Item good delivery not
Happy with the item I ordered but not happy with the delivery unbox the item and placed in the room I wanted just to leve all the rubbish all over the floor and was going to go until I asked you not going to take or pick up the rubbish picked it up but not take

After looking into this further, we can see the courier was arranged by the retailer rather than directly by us. We’ve therefore passed your comments on to the retailer so they can raise this with the courier and ensure it’s addressed appropriately.

The delivery was great and the staff…
The delivery was great and the staff very pleasant and professional. A very nice bed, which is comfortable and feels sturdy. The lift up mechanism is easy to use and offers a large storage option otherwise lost. The head rest gives a comfy, closed in feel with the outward projecting sides. The only issue is with the constructing instructions. Both the video and booklet are not detailed enough and in some cases, parts mis-identified. Okay if you’ve put flat pack stuff together before, but could be an issue for some.

Absolutely stunning merchant’s chest. Very well put together. I love the shape it Looks absolutely stunning . The two men that delivered were friendly an curtious an took parcel upstairs to the room of my choice. A first class service I would recommend to every one.

Furniture delivered was damaged and…
Furniture delivered was damaged and this was pointed out during delivery but driver said he can't take it back. Therefore two weeks on and we still have the damaged furniture and no idea what is happening and i'm having to chase. Perhaps I should charge storage costs ?

Great delivery men
Positives - the delivery men were brilliant and very polite. They went over and above delivering a very heavy bed, taking it upstairs to the required bedroom which they didn’t have to do. They were very careful to not touch internal walls with the boxes. They arrived within the time scale given.
Just one negative - the date confirmed for delivery was changed to two days after which was disappointing but a discount was offered by Next where I bought the bed from so softened the blow.
