Loved the app when you could exchange biscuits for vouchers. Since the change to being rewarded with competition entries it's not worth the effort of recording walks. The app often freezes too.

Oh Dear Oh Dear …. Not a great Update
Since they have radically updated the app, the new version is not very rewarding anymore.
I’ve been a member since they first started and compared to the rewards I used to get the app has gone very downhill.
Now you cannot even earn biscuits from walks there is even less incentive to continue paying for the app hence why I will be cancelling before my renewal date next month.
I used to stack up my biscuit rewards to buy vouchers now that option is gone I really don’t need to be entering competitions which the odds are I will never win or have a 25% discount for random eateries and I don’t drink coffee!
Sorry but totally disappointed and definitely wont be continuing my subscription for this app anymore.

Very poor app now
Very poor app now. No consolidation for the months of saving up points to just be given a £6 pay out when I had saved well over double that. Have spent years tracking daily walks and now there is no reason to apart from to enter “competitions” Do these even exist?

Hi Donna, we understand saving up Biscuits over time was a big part of what many members enjoyed. Remaining Biscuits could be redeemed in £1 voucher denominations meaning members didn't need to hit the previous £5 or £10 threshold needed to get a voucher. We can also reassure you that all of our competitions are genuine, with winners selected at random and contacted directly, as well as often named within in-app messages. I paid upfront for the year membership…
I paid upfront for the year membership of biscuit and without warning everything changed, not worth bothering with now, none of the taste cards are anywhere near me and not places I would go to and I don’t drink coffee, deleting the app.

New version is not worth it, very disappointed
I loved this app, until the newest update. Not everyone wants money off in a coffee shop or eating out, I certainly don't so now a pointless app. The old biscuit was far, far better. You could choose a coffee voucher or eat out if you wanted, but more importantly there was a wide choice. Bad decision in my view and reading other reviews seems I'm not the only one who feels this. Will not continue subscribing.

The incentive to pay £3.99 and use points towards vouchers out was a huge success.
But now, I’m paying £3.99 a month to help me get 20% off a coffee?
You’ve completely destroyed this app. I’ll be unsubscribing and deleting it.

Subscription cancelled
I have been using this app for a long time now. Such a good incentive to get out walking with your pup in all weathers. At the beginning it was free. I understand that free isn't sustainable so when a £3.99 a month subscription was introduced I didn't hesitate as I was still able to get really good rewards in the form of vouchers. As a single person these vouchers were invaluable with the cost of living.
However, I received just 2 days notice via email that they were changing the app. The changes....things that you can already get via other sources. 20% off certain places for a coffee or to each out. When I look at what's near me there is only 1 place, and one that I never use. I'd have to drive miles to be able to find somewhere I'd use. So where is the saving? As a single person who has to be frugal it's absolutely not worth the £3.99 subscription, and like so many others have cancelled. If you live in a big city and eat out a lot it may be of benefit. However, as others have stated, you can get these discounts through other sources. But there are so many people who live in rural locations who have been completely overlooked. The competitions on offer you have absolutely no way of winning either. Having read the responses to other reviews it is clear that it is the same regurgitated response claiming the changes will help save more over time shows a total disregard. What a joke, with absolutely no thought for hundreds of loyal subscribers. Comments being turned off of social media posts or posts being deleted completely because of so many unhappy app users. I am so disappointed that greed has taken away what had been a really good app.

I am deleting the app since the latest update
I am now deleting the app as due to the recent changes in rewards, they no longer offer the vouchers and the only rewards are things you can pick up all over the internet, like a discount on your first Gousto box or free trial of BookBeat. Other rewards are a percentage off coffee or dining out. It was a lot better when you could collect biscuits, get a voucher and actually buy something outright with it.I think people will be leaving in droves, especially the paid members as they have to pay for the privilege of using an app that doesn't do what they signed up for and doesn't offer very good value for money.

Do not download …
With the changes that Biscuit introduced from 1st July 2026, this app is not worth the space it takes up on my phone so deleting it.
You used to be able to earn points to exchange for high street vouchers and the points didn’t expire. Now you can only earn points for a month then you lose them if not redeemed. Vouchers are no longer available, just taste card and coffee shop discounts plus competition entries.
My recommendation is to find an alternative.

Why have you changed your app Biscuit, once I could enjoy walking my dog and get a nice shopping gift card every 6 months or so. Now I walk and all I can get is a few competition entries, not worth it, Biscuit app DELETE!!!

Very poor signed up the app for a year walking towards getting vouchers for Tesco etc & now it's completely changed to getting discounts on things I won't use! Absolutely pointless now & I will be cancelling my subscription with immediate effect! VERY POOR!

Deleting the app
Why have you done this biscuit? Before in their hay day, you could earn vouchers every two weeks for consistently tracking walks with your pet. Then a year ago, they got greedy and required a paid subscription to only be able to get a voucher once a month with the amount of biscuits you needed to build up before claiming. NOW even with a PAID subscription, tracking every walk doesn’t even GUARANTEE a voucher - just a stupid prize draw. Officially deleted the app and never looking back. All my friends have done the same! What a waste of time.

Scammers
Biscuit changed the app completely with zero warning. Those paying for membership had all of their benefits cancelled overnight & some lost hundreds of pounds worth of hard earned saved up points that they should have been able to exchange for vouchers. Do not use this app! Scammers & con artists. Many of us have used this app for years happily only to have membership fees taken from us & our earnings terminated. Scumbags. App deleted, membership cancelled, membership fee will be refunded.

Loved this app and found myself walking more with my dog, I saved my biscuits up to buy M&S vouchers for Christmas, sadly there is no incentive to use the app now, I will be cancelling my subscription

Big changes have ruined this app
This used to be a great app for earning biscuits (rewards) that you could exchange for vouchers as an incentive to walk your dog. Since the changes made on 1st July, you now earn biscuits to enter competitions or get a discount card for coffee or food instead.
I pay a subscription for this app, and I think it’s a real shame the whole concept has changed. Who wants to enter a competition or get a discount card instead of an actual voucher? It’s a poor way to encourage dog walking, and it feels like far worse value for money when you’re still paying the same subscription for a much weaker reward.
I’d like to see the voucher system brought back — as it stands, I can’t justify the subscription cost
