A 5 star experience from start to finish. The booking process was very smooth, efficiently handled by Greta. And the team on the day (Glen and Matt) could not have been more helpful. Everything happened effortlessly from our perspective! A seamless move.

Everyone I dealt with from getting quotes to the office staff and the removal team were great. They definitely took the stress out of moving day, thank you!

We were rather let down by two other moving companies who had quoted us. Both would only accept a booking once we had exchanged. We only had one week to move after exchange. Without letting us know they filled their schedules. Bishop's Move have a different policy.
The move went extremely well. The team worked really hard. They were cheerful throughout and moved my wife's piano very carefully. The office team and Melanie in particular were excellent too.

Great service from start to finish. Melanie kept in contact via email and phonecall, answering any queries and updating invoices quickly. On the day all the moving guys were a well oiled machine, dismantled furniture with ease and moved 90+ boxes. Had the patience of saints waiting for keys and were rapid in unpacking van and getting furniture rebuilt!

The whole team from the start to finish were excellent. They were very profesional, friendly and courteous. The removal team - Jason/Stuart/Chris and Steve - arrived on day 1 of the move on time and immediately went to work clearing our old house with care and efficiency which left me good time in which to clean and tidy up before leaving for our new address. Day 2 and 3 of the move - On Completion Day they kept us informed as to ETA duly turning up and setting to with the unloading - which they did the same professionalism and care and attention they showed when loading up. I would definitely recommend Bishops Move to anyone.

Really good service from Bishopsmove. Well organised and efficient service from the office. But best service came from our removal guys, Chris and Taylor. They were clearly experienced and efficient, but also pleasant, friendly and thoughtful throughout. Because of the excellent reviews on line we chose this company for our review. How much I regret this the move was a debacle from start to finish. Very poorly managed and arranged by there surveyor and the whole experience was anything but stress free in the 8 moves I have done over the years this was the most stressful and the most expensive. I am now dealing with their head office to deal with the appalling experience that I went through. Please note this review has been submitted and compiled by Mr Ronald Cogger which due to a fault he was unable to do on his own phone.

We recently moved from West Sussex to Inverness. Bishops Move were excellent throughout the entire process from the initial video walkthrough of our old house, a sensible quotation, provision of boxes and tape and a very efficient and careful loading, transportation and unloading of our possessions. Special thanks to Giuseppina in the Office and George and his crew for delivering an extremely professional service, the best we have experienced in our several house moves.

Can’t recommend Bishops Move enough. Lots of effective communication, I was always aware of what was going on. The movers were exceptional. Glen and Lewis were very hard working and totally efficient. They made me feel very confident that my belongings were well looked after.
