I wouldn’t trust these guys with my worldly possessions based on attempting to get a quote alone. It’s not a difficult process, but I ended up getting days of incessant phone calls from one agent after I’d registered already through another. Annoying whatsapp spam too. They’re literally still calling me a month later.

The team that were sent was extremely efficient and pleasant. They arrived on time and packed everything safely. They used their initiative at the destination where there was a delay on the completion by offloading to the entrance to the apartment. We have had many removals in our lifetime and this certainly counts as one of the best

Moving house can be and often is the most stressful time, thank goodness we researched and chose Bishop's Move for our move. It was the first time for thirty six years that my wife and I had moved house and we were finding the whole experience very difficult. The day arrived and the team from Bishop's Move were fantastic, they worked with care and were well organised and gave us the confidence that all was okay and that we were in safe hands. Their sense of humour helped the day along. Not a complaint when it came to moving a large garden urn and pedestal from right down the bottom of the long garden. No panic when they decided it would be best to disassemble the wardrobes. They worked efficiently and we were soon in our new home feeling more relaxed than we could have hoped for. Pip and his team were brilliant. I needed 800 boxes moving from one location to another. They did in a few hours and they were all stored in the correct order. I could not have managed without them. They did it with a smile on their faces, so polite. Nothing was too much trouble.

I was very surprised when I had a team of 12 people turn up to complete our office move. Other companies who quoted more where going to send 2-3 people which would just not have worked.

Everyone was very friendly and well organised. Even when we had to wait half an hour at the new office to get let up, they did not complain.
