Only product that I have used that actually works
There was a wait list on my order but the company were quick to respond to any queries I had with the timing of my order. I ordered black and red/ burgundy. I washed them all before use but the burgundy still left a little fluff on my face when I used them. I am sure this will resolve after another wash or two. I have used different brands that offer the same thing but Bisous is the first that actually removes all foundation and eye make by just using water. I am sold.

These cloths are amazing
These cloths are amazing ! With just warm water added to them they remove all traces of makeup , including mascara.
Gentle exfoliation keeps your skin clear and feeling soft and smooth . Love them !

Not your everyday face washer
I was sceptical about using a cloth to remove makeup but Bisous is really amazing. So soft and luxurious whilst gently eliminating all traces of makeup without leaving any fibres such as those from cotton wool pads. Fully washable too. Highly recommended

Excellent customer service
I hadn't rcvd my order by three weeks and I contacted the company and they advised the colour was out of stock and it said that on the website. They were correct as I didn't read it properly however they refunded me the delivery for any inconvenience caused and rcvd the order a week later. Great product and amazing company

So gentle. Lifesaver after skin treatment
I love these cloths. They really do work as described. Remove all make up easily.
Also, because they are so soft and gentle they were a life saver when I recently had a medical treatment on my skin which made it quite raw. I could still use these cloths. I don't know what I would have some without them.

I haven’t tried them yet cause I only received today .
They feel really nice to the touch .
Took a long time to receive them because I ordered pink , when I ordered it said they were in stock but I received an email stating they were not in stock, I had a option to buy a different colour or to wait for the pink, I decided to go with the grey.

The Bisous works really well it definetly takes off all the makeup & dirt from your face.
Ive used cleansers that suppose to wipe or wash your face clean but dont.
Bisous is easy to wash clean & reuse many times

Beautiful experience
I purchased these after watching an instagram post, was impressed and am not disappointed. They are great for removing makeup without rubbing or heavy cleansers.

Great makeup removers
I was sceptical as to whether the cloths would completely remove makeup with just water but they definitely do. I checked with a baby wipe afterwards and there was no trace of makeup

Superb product
I love your product a great deal.
Removes makeup in a very gentle and cleansing manner.
