Ordered slides for my son that sold out before being shipped. Customer service was top notch and replaced them for a different color.
Clothes and shoes are both a great quality and my son loves everything. Highly recommend.

The customer service was amazing. I made a mistake in the sizing of my purchase and they immediately cancelled my order so I could re-do it. Then I noticed that the shipping address had not been retained so I contacted them again and they fixed it right away. I have to say that the attention they give to customers is impeccable. Thank you so much.

My son had a backpack for 4 months and the zipper broke, we were unable to fix it. I reached out to the company and they stated there was nothing they could do and offered a 20% off coupon for another purchase. WTH? Umm NO.

We LOVE baseball lifestyle. We order often, we love the new drops. We recently had an order missing one t-shirt. It was so easy to talk to customer service and they made it right instantly.

The company is always very responsive and helpful when I've had an issue (usually sizing related). My son absolutely loves the products and they're very well made.

I have made 3 large purchases for my son and I have to say, I am very impressed with the quality and designs of each item we have. My son loves them all so much he only wants clothes from here.
They also have very prompt and great customer service. They were able to resolve a small issue we had with our last purchase.

Two stars because for one the customer service is non existent. I send emails and no response. I had a few items I needed to return but the return button wasn’t working on app and I sent a screenshot of what was happening and no response from them. So I kept the two shirts (too large for my son)since now I’ve missed the 30 day period and they don’t return emails.My other reason for a two star is because their shorts are so expensive for being 100% plastic (polyester). Toxic fabric. If you are charging $45-$60 a pair of shorts, use cotton and spandex or eco friendly fabrics

There was a mistake on our order and customer service was OUTSTANDING! They got back to me right away and the issue was resolved within an hour. The shorts we did receive are amazing and my kiddos are so excited to wear them to school!

We’ve ordered from Baseball Lifestyle 101 before and always loved the quality of their clothes. The items are a bit pricey, but until now we felt they were worth it. Unfortunately, our most recent order was really disappointing.
My mom ordered hats that were not labeled as adult sized, assuming (reasonably) that they were youth hats, especially since their website also has hats specifically labeled “Youth” and others labeled “Adult.” They also have hats not labeled, so we assumed that they were youth. However, the hats we received were clearly adult sized. When we reached out to customer service, they told us all hats on their site are adult, which simply isn’t what their website indicates. Yes I have a photo for proof.
To make things worse, they wanted to charge $6.99 to process a return to our credit card, even though the confusion stemmed from their unclear product descriptions. The box also arrived pretty beat up, though thankfully the items weren’t damaged.
This experience has really soured our opinion of the brand. We loved their products before, but with misleading listings, unclear sizing, and unhelpful customer service, it’s hard to justify ordering again.

My order was missing an item. I asked if they could ship it asap as it was for an Easter basket. The item was ship out with a couple of hours!

This was the first time I have ordered. The order ordering process was very easy. I made a mistake on the sizing and reached out to the customer service chat. I got Thalia. She explained that she was unable to go in and change it, however; I could go in and cancel the order, hit buy again and then change the size. It was very simple. However, since I used a code I was unable to use it again. She again was happy to help and gave me a good code to use in it's place. VERY helpful and VERY polite. I will continue to order as customer service is very important.

I had a package go missing in the mail. when i emailed they responded they would check into it. a review survey came and I asked if their was a resolution before i reviewed. I got an immediate response and they have officially put in the mail a new order and i got a confirmation. The responses were quick and easy. Makes me confident i will continue to order from this company.
