Anthony recently installed a home gym for us and we love it so we've just ordered some extra kit and as expected everything was delivered super quick and it’s such great quality. We now have some awesome medicine balls up on the wall and extra bars I had my eye on. Would definitely recommend!

Ordered on Monday arrived on Wednesday, there driver was very helpful.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Received incomplete piece of equipment to then be told they would send missing parts. Waited 2 months with no appropriate response. Will never use this company again

Great quality equipment. Communication started strong. Missing part prevented being able to complete installations, pulley missing from the cable functional power rack I purchased. No instructions to put machine together. They did sent out a spare. However didn’t realise nutt that bolts the sleeve of the smith machine also missing. Several emails in and just being ignored. Took a barbell apart and fortunately same nut that holds the sleeve in a barbell holds the smith machine sleeve. There’s a little too much play between top cable stack plate and the first pully so had to use a lot of grease on the rods to prevent the cable stack sticking.
One kettlebell also had cosmetic damage.
As I brought the equipment for a client, I purchased a second kettlebell from another supplier. No instructions for putting Shame as I was really pleased to start of with and unfortunately aftercare not the best.

Item was delivered damaged so asked for refund or something. So they sent a label for it to be posted back only the lable is 2kg and the item is 25 kg .so the only way you can contact is telephone and they dont answer. Leave message and they dont get back to you.so not happy as they have my money and I have an item thats damaged

Waited more nearly 3months for a product to arrive. And I’ve had to chase the company multiple times with no resolve. After being told you will receive a call back nothing happens. Would not recommend this company to a single person. Stay clear spend a little more and receive a better customer experience.

Olympic EZ bar is excellent quality product and at a very reasonable price. It arrived on time, and unlike other companies I have purchased from the bar was very well packed which avoided the bar being damaged.

Had a gym installed and flooring, guys turned up in the morning and smashed it out with in 4 hrs, gym is amazing and the flooring top quality stuff !! The machine quality is 2nd to none and Ant the owner is amazing bloke! Will 100% recommend and use again over other gym companies !

We placed an order on 15/02/26 and after an initial carrier mix-up, we received part of the order on the 18th. Despite multiple unanswered emails and calls, we are still waiting for the rest of the delivery.

We got through on two occasions, the 23rd and today, both times they said they'd get back the same day and we've still still heard nothing about our missing items.

Really didn’t want to have to leave a negative review as we are really pleased with the items we have received. They were reasonably priced, quality is great and quick delivery. However, we were sent a 7ft Barbell instead of a 6ft barbell which unfortunately does not fit in our small home gym. I have contacted them multiple times via email, phone and social media, on two occasions I have been told this will be sorted and never heard back from them again. Customer service is very poor and very difficult to get hold of anyone.

The level of customer service and support continues to let them down. The equipment quality and prices are decent but after that it all deteriorates. This is the second order from BBF and both times we have had issues with delivery, after service, support and communication. The first time, delivery and installation dates were missed with no notice, and then parts were missing when the delivery arrived which had to be sent separately. Further parts were still missing after that but I gave up chasing in the end after the continued lack of response. I only ordered the second time as I wanted the equipment to match. Second time the delivery was ok but I needed a different size and have been trying to return or exchange the weights for well over 2 weeks now, and again BBF are now not responding to emails or calls. Meaning I am stuck with the wrong equipment. All very unnecessary and very frustrating. Please sort out the customer service.

If you receive faulty equipment, the aftersales service is appalling. After Informing them of a fault on 10/01/26 and following up 4 times for a solution, as at 24/02/26, I have yet to receive a solution or response from my last communication on 09/02/26. I have had a piece of equipment for two months that I can't use despite my best efforts to give them every chance to rectify.

placed the order on 9th Feb. 1-2 days delivery schedule. Rang on the 13th Feb to chase and was told they would look into it and call me right back.

A week later, now on the 20th and no delivery, no call back, just a large amount of money out of my account.

Great bumper plates and were delivered very quickly. Ordered Tuesday evening and arrived Thursday morning. Well packaged and secured with straps. Will 100% use again.

the product I ordered was fine and shipped very quickly. However, I am making them down as the instructions for assembly (a kettlebell storage rack) were some of the worst I had ever seen. The rack contains two sets of bolts which are only different by 5mm. It is not clear from the single page of assembly directions which length of bolt is supposed to go where.

Brought a few different pieces for my gym from here now and the owner is super helpful and all the gear is top notch! Collected it all and everything was brand new wrapped up.
