We had a chance to meet the surveyor at the flat we intend to buy and he showed us exact whereabout problems the flat is facing. He was very patient to answer our questions and provide us a very professional survey report. His report is very useful for us.

Did a search for property valuation surveyors on the internet and was contacted by the principal surveyor from Blackstone Surveyors. Right from the first call I found him to be knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He was extremely pleasant to deal with - explained things clearly, easy to communicate with both in returning queries and explaining points. If I needed another valuation I would use them immediately - I would highly recommend Blackstone Surveyors. Price very competitive too which is a bonus on top of quality of work.

I used Blackstone to conduct a survey on a 1 bed flat in central London. They responded promptly to my initial email enquiry, arranged logistics with the agent within days, called me to discuss findings the evening after the survey (answering all my probing questions well), and produced a full written report shortly after. As a newcomer to the property market looking to acquire a Victorian-era property, I was pleased with the value I got from the full Building Survey.

Brilliant service. I was in a very time pressured situation with regards to my survey. I got very professional and prompt service and I felt taken care of and confident in what I was paying for. When you’re in high pressured situations especially with buying/selling, having smooth service just takes a load off your shoulders this was exactly what I got.

I originally used Blackstone in August 2020 and was provided with a friendly, prompt, professional, and knowledgeable service. The Director went out of his way from arranging the valuation to take place, to the fast turn around of the report, and then discussing it over the phone with me. This time around, I needed an urgent extension to the valuation to give me more time to complete the sale. I contacted Blackstone, and within no time at all, they had replied to my email, happy to do the extension and at no extra cost. Recently required an urgent valuation of several properties and Blackstone completed the task within a very tight time frame with quality results. Communication very simple and straight forward.

I used Blackstone on two occasions when purchasing property recently. My initial enquiry was responded to quickly and efficiently (far more quickly than the other firms I had also contacted), plus I was able to book a survey within a short time frame, when many other firms had waiting times of a month.
The reports themselves were very thorough and price very reasonable, however the additional assistance with various queries was outstanding and not something anticipated or expected.
I would thoroughly recommend Blackstone without hesitation.
