Outstanding Service Thank You!!!
The customer service I received from Richard at the Watton branch was outstanding! I had been badly let down by Amazon during the recent heatwave when I ordered two Shark Fans and after 6 days they had still not been delivered and they had no idea when they would be, what makes it worse is that I am an Amazon Prime customer so I paid to get this appalling service. I called Blaines in Watton and Richard got me two of the same fans delivered the very next day. Just goes to show that using small local businesses like Blaines puts Amazon to shame when looking after their customers. A huge thank you to Richard and Blaines.

Reliable and professional service
We have recently had an upgrade to our en-suite and had some bedroom furniture fitted.
Both jobs were extremely well planned, priced and completed with a high degree of quality workmanship, without any issues.
Post installation of the bedroom furniture a minor snag occurred, this was resolved promptly without any fuss.
Blaines prices reflect the standard of products and service accordingly, we have made the mistake of going cheaper elsewhere on another bathroom project and subsequently regretted it. You get what you pay for.

Blaine's all the way!
After having recently moved to Swaffham we wanted to find a trusted company to help us with some new installations, and Blaine's came highly recommended. Initially to remove a bath and install a new shower with enclosure and wet wall. From start to finish Blaine's proved that they were the right choice - from planning and choosing materials to installation and after sales service. The work was of the highest standard. We were so impressed that we asked them back for further work to the kitchen, supplying and fitting a new sink and water filter. We honestly couldn't fault their work and were really happy with their service. Antony was particularly helpful and we found all the staff to be personable and professional.

Friendly local company
We are currently modernising our 1930’s property.
We popped in to Blaines of Watton and Richard was very helpful and spent lots of time with us showing us different floorings and worktops.
We purchased a bathroom sink unit and tap which we are extremely pleased with.
Will definitely use the shop again for our ongoing project as they are a very helpful and considerate local firm.

We needed a new bath and 2 new showers. Picked Blaines as they'd previously given 5* service when our dishwasher died. We had several long conversations with Anthony who was massively patient in the face of our indecision. Installation went without a hitch with the fitters being very respectful of our home. THEY GOT US HOME FOR CHRISTMAS
We suffered a water leak which went under all the floors of our bungalow. The insurance company were taking too long in getting us home.
We went to Blaine's showroom to look at kitchens where we discovered that they actually fit them and can do so much more.
After several months of false promises from the insurance company, Blaine said he could get us in before Christmas. We took a cash settlement and handed it over to Blaine.
We liaised with Blaine and Anthony all the way through and they delivered on their promise. Everyone in the team were amazing and worked non stop for a month. Any glitches were discussed straight away and a solution was always found and everyone was happy.
It was a huge job with replacing the flooring through the kitchen, dining and conservatory. The utility, cloakroom and hall. We had a new kitchen fitted new vanity cabinets in the cloakroom and a new fitted utility. The whole bungalow then had to be painted.
They have been exceptional throughout this ordeal but most importantly they kept their promise to make our home beautiful again in time for Christmas.
