Item was showing in stock on the website and so I ordered and paid. In reality there was no stock but it was on order for delivery from the manufacturer. Ian was very quick to respond and apologised and responded immediately to my emails. He explained the expected arrival to them, which was achieved and the Pergola was delivered within a week of arrival at Blakesleys. It would be a 5 star review apart from the initial frustration over stock availability.

A great size table which fits perfectly with our garden corner sofa. The dark grey matches our furniture and looks to be very well made. Haven’t used it yet but it seems strong and the lift action is easy to do. Looking forward to summer to make good use of it. Very good communication and quick delivery from the company.

What a great company to deal with.

The website suggested 7 days for delivery of a new rattan set. I rang, got advised it would likely be 3 days which would have been perfect as it would be delivered before a bank holiday. They did not disappoint. There it was, on my door step 3 days later.

They were also the cheapest I could find on the internet.

Definitely consider them again in the future.

Ordered the nova Cambridge set with fire pit and protective covers. At this time of year was not expecting it to be delivered so quickly. Came in a week even with ordering around the Easter bank holiday weekend. Covers were delayed but an email was responded to practically instantly, and out of hours, so Ian clearly takes his customer service seriously. Very happy with the service, and with the set I bought which looks lovely and was also cheaper than elsewhere. Covers arrived a few days later. Would highly recommend this company.

So impressed with this company and Ian's communication. Was desperate for some garden furniture and thought it would take months to come, it came within days! Ian kept us updated and gave me the tracking details so I could follow it, it was delivered in our drive on a pallett so we didn't even need to be in. 5* service and such good quality furniture

Bought the Nova Chelsea garden set.
Ordered on the Monday and received lunchtime the same week on Wednesday.
Couriers kept us informed of approximate time of delivery which was great as we weren’t waiting in all day

Ideal garden set ,well made and solid sturdy comfy seating.

Our rattan furniture arrived much more quickly than we expected. There was a problem with one item due to some confusion about what had been ordered. One email and a telephone call sorted this out very quickly; prompt and efficient customer service. The delivery crew was excellent; cheerful and very helpful.

Excellent customer service at start of process..queries answered by named person within g a couple of hours.
Fast delivery service.... a few days.
Item required very little self assembly...top on table and one arm of settee.....we are useless at that sort of thing and did it in a couple of minutes.
The furniture is of a very good quality and likewise the cushions etc. The table height variation is really useful.
